It's a good square plaza. Lots of good stores and very cleans. Well kept area. I recently visited the Sushi legend. Very accommodating and busy. This place also has a very big parking lot. Well suited for the stores.

Lunch at the Asian Legend Restaurant today was fantastic. Lot's of space there, the lazy Susan was great.
Once seated Jasmin tea was brought and the excellent service started.
We had an amazing vegan lunch, with lots of choice.
Toilets were clean and more than one for men & woman.
Would recommend eating here for authentic Chinese food.

The spaces in front on the north gate, near the Chinese Halal Restaurant (see photo), should not be for parking. Once cars are parked there, the entrance becomes more narrow and it's extremely dangerous to enter or leave through that entrance. It seems they are marked for not parking but people didn't seem to care. They should patrol and issue tickets if that's the case. Also, there seemed to be no handicapped parking spots. The plaza management, Kwan & Kwan Property Group, didn't seem to care any of these.

You can't get to the CIBC ATM after hours because the plaza doors are locked.

Parking is extremely hard to find during busy hours. The parking lot itself is dirty, with garbage and cigarette butts everywhere. The loading area is smelly and filthy too.

Asian-inspired neighbourhood plaza with lots of eateries, a supermarket, banks, a bakery, a pharmacy, etc. It has anchor tenants like Asian Legend, Congee Wong, and Sunny supermarket. Parking can be tight even with the double deck parking added about a decade ago. Congee Wong alone makes this a go to plaza!

Small plaza without any anchor tenant or interesting store. The main store is a grocery store and then a few restaurants.
Parking is limited at the front, and traffic is a bit of a mess. There are more parking in the multi-storey.

Have been coming to this mall since it was built in the '80s. We frequent Asian Legend restaurant and the Chinese bakery and Sunny Market. The BBQ meats shop just outside of the main building is excellent. Sunny's market does have more "Island" goods which is great. More to explore in the culinary arts.

I visit the Chinese supermarket here. They have a wide range of products especially the ones Africans may like - hard chicken, seafood, butchery, fresh fishes, seasoning, fresh veggies, sauces, flower, noodles etc.

My only reservation is there's no English speaking staff on the grounds so if you cannot find something, you're most likely going to be going around in circles. If you try to talk to someone they instantly tell you "no English". Sometimes you're fortunate enough to meet one that can speak English or understands what you're saying.

I get that it is a Chinese owned store and they want to employ their people, but they should at least have one employee who can speak English and is able to help customers with shopping.

That asides, it's 5 stars for me as their prices are friendly.
