I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Finders Seekers Thrift Store in Chilliwack. I purchased a camera from the store two days ago, only to find out when I got home that the box was completely empty. I called the store right away and spoke to the manager, who initially implied that it was suspicious that I didn’t check the box before buying the item. While I always inspect my purchases, for a $10 camera, I didn’t feel the need to check every detail—especially since it felt heavy and seemed like it had something inside.

When I returned to the store, the manager was more focused on making me feel like I had learned a lesson than addressing the issue. She barely took any ownership of the situation, repeatedly explaining how things sometimes go missing and that it wasn’t the staff’s fault for selling an empty box. I was given a store credit, which I appreciated, but it wasn’t until I was literally leaving the store that the manager offered a half-hearted apology for the inconvenience. The whole experience left me feeling like my concerns were dismissed and that the store wasn’t willing to take responsibility for their mistake.

I’ve shopped here multiple times, but after this encounter, I won’t be returning. The lack of accountability and customer care was shocking.

I absolutely love this store! I've been a number of times and found great stuff for low low prices! My daughter is a teacher in Quesnel and when she visits we go there for books for her classs. She loves it as well! Staff have always been fabulous and wonderful to chat with! They are doing their best in the economy we now have. I find other thrift stores have raised their prices and Value Village especially. I will not shop there anymore for this reason. So again I highly recommend this awsome treasure store!!

Best thrift store in Chilliwack. My Granddaughter shops here all the time and buys beautiful antique items. My daughter is able to find clothing items for my other Granddaughter for extremely low prices.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about in regards to the smell. I've never noticed this and the prices are DEFINITELY NOT worse than Value Village. The prices are more than reasonable and drop monthly by 25% from the original price and eventually moved to clearance if not sold and priced at $1.00!!! Value Village definitely does not do this!

They are also a true not for profit thrift store and I believe they support our local homeless population.

My absolute favourite thrift store in Chilliwack! They always have real thrift store prices and an insane selection of items! It’s my favourite for VHS tapes and random glassware. Any upcycling project I have, tends to start at this thrift store! Everything is so unique and affordable. AND the staff are super sweet!!

I should stay out of this little thrift gem, as I buy too much :). The staff are helpful and friendly. The shop is clean, well organised and I think run by volunteers. Lovely place to go 'thrifting'.

F.S. is a busy little thrift. Tucked away in a small strip mall in Sardis. Offers a big selecton of interesting diversity to tempt the discriminating or impulse buyers. Seldom disappointed. Well structured pricing offers and friendy staffers. Was just there and will be visiting again soon.

I love this thrift store so much. I go in at least every week for candles and other trinkets. There prices are super good and they always have sales on. I got a really good pair of jeans there a little while ago for only $3.75, whenever I buy candles the there never over $2-$3 for big candles, stick candles $1-$0.50. Such a lovely place with lovely people and lots of diffrent verity of things. If you don't know which thift store to visit, definitely go to Finders seekers
