We’ve had 2 problems now with this garage. One time we took our new car in under warranty for a simple oil change. A few days later our vehicle started leaking oil, they simply hadn’t tightened the oil cap. They fixed it free of charge but tried to deny they did the work. Whatever, people make mistakes. This past week I had my work van in there to get the Engine oil heater hose replaced. They did the work, then a week later, as I was driving in Calgary, the hose fell off and engine fluid sprayed all over my windshield and then the engine cratered. My company had to get it towed to a local garage to fix, and Fired Up refused to pay for towing or fixing their mistake. They had also missed a significant oil leak after being under the van for a whole day. So, we won’t be going back.

This shop is amazing! They fixed a repair another shop made a complete mess of. The former shop wanted me to buy the same item off AMAZON (unnecessarily), then charge double (again) what Fired Up charged to fix the shoddy workmanship. The other work they did is great. The atmosphere is comfortable. I trust this shop. Great work at reasonable rates. What is not to love?

0 service. We're out-of-towners coming through on a camping trip and our truck broke down. We had a tow truck haul our truck here after-hours based on the recommendation of some locals. We showed up right at opening the next morning hoping they could offer a little help. We understand we're not booked in, and an inconvenience, but literally nothing. I mean nothing. 0. Nope. Couldn't quickly run a scanner, or even bloody recommend another mechanic. Absolutely nothing, besides telling us he could look at it in 2 weeks. Seriously. What a gem. 🙄

Had my vehicle in to.chsnge my fuel pump as the gasket was leaking. When I looked at the connections they had broken a fuel line and didn't tell me about it and tried to hide it by using a zip tie to keep the line on. I told them and they said and did nothing. Very unprofessional and obviously they don't know how to remove a simple fuel line. Don't go here, you'll regret it.

Brought in a very finicky ford diesel truck for injector work, these guys Knocked it out of the park, happy I used fired up, Riley did an awesome job, truck runs perfect now for an extremely reasonable price! Would recommend 10/10

Took a tire in to be fixed. Yes they fixed it and put air in it, then put it outside for pick up. Did they fix it yes, but did they test it before they put it outside in -30 weather, NO! Bring tire home put it back on vehicle, oh ya it went flat again. Brought it back inside, did our own tests on it and low and behold it was still leaking air. Needless to say they did not warm up the tire for the beads to seal. So we at home did the work, to repair the tire. Will we go back to them again, I will say NOT! They say in our small town shop local, yes we will again but definitely not here, ever again.

Fantastic experience for several years. On several occasions have advised me that work I thought needed doing was not necessary (one time did $300 repair after another shop quoted $1600). Work they have done has always been fantastic. Highly recommend.
