If anyone looking for car , stop wasting your time for searching cars on other places , this is the place where you can find your dream car and they have Variety of cars in their inventory and get sold very quickly because the price is very good and cheaper than other dealerships. They have Clean Cars in their inventory , i am so happy that i got my car today. Thanks to Sam for helping me out on my Car pick up day and for helping me out with all the documentation. I’m going to try keep this review short and sweet. I’ve been looking for a first car under $5k and came across the rio5 at first choice. I was going to come in to look it over and test drive it and potentially buy it same day. I later called them to book a time to come in and check it out, but to my surprise they don’t keep cars under $8k on the lot, and you cannot come in and check it out, or test drive it, because of the really high traffic first choice gets. I REALLY liked this deal so I was very interested in it regardless, and the person who I spoke to Raphael on the phone about this car sent me the carfax report and told me in detail about the car. The car was well maintained and had a clean carfax, so I asked how I can get it, and Raphael told me that there is a deposit for $1000, and the rest you pay after 1-2 weeks the car will get delivered (in my case to the dealership where I would come pick it up) as I live close by. Anyways I put the down payment down as I was super interested in it and was the best deal I could find, and I remained very skeptical about the entire thing because of that. Raphael stayed connected with me the entire time I waited, and answered all my questions. After a lot of very anxious waiting, after a week I got a call my car is ready to pickup. I came into the dealership that day to pickup the car, the car was overall in great shape, I looked it over and test drove it and was very happy with it. It does have wear and tear, some minor problems, and some rust, which is all to be expected, and I was made aware of this way before even the down payment. Anyways, no major surprises or anything, it’s been a couple of days since I bought it and I have to say I’ve been very happy driving it as a daily commuter first car. I want to thank Raphael for hooking me up, and being very helpful in this stressful time, and I’ll keep this review updated if anything.

From the moment I walked in, Ahmad was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Ahmad answered all my questions patiently, provided honest insights about the vehicles, and never once made me feel pressured. His friendly demeanor and transparency gave me full confidence in my decision. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping you find the right car rather than just making a sale.

Thanks to Ahmad and the rest of the team at First Choice Motors, I drove away in a vehicle I love and felt great about the whole experience. I highly recommend this dealership—and especially Ahmad—to anyone in the market for a car!

*0 starts* This place has an F rating on better business beaureau. I wish I had never contacted this place, nothing but headaches and being disrespected by the people who work there. I bought my car online as I live 8 hours away from Toronto. I was told it would be at my front door within 2-3 weeks. It actually took more than 5 weeks and I was paying $50 a day for cab rides to and from school, I thought I'd maybe pay 500-600 in cab rides not that bad, well it ended up being over $1000. Every time I called and asked about it, they would tell me they are having trouble finding someone to deliver it. What they really meant was they were having trouble finding a delivery driver that would do it cheap enough so they could make more off the sale. Who cares if the customer pays an extra $500 in cab rides as long as they can save some extra money.

When my car was finally delivered all the tires were completely flat, which I found odd because the car was ready to be delivered for at least 2 weeks before they shipped it so for 2 weeks my car sat at their lot losing air until the tires were flat and then it was put on the delivery truck with flat tires, nice.

About 5 days after getting my car, after filling all the tires, my cars tires were all flat again. I called them, and they told me to go get it inspected before i get it fixed because they would only pay what they charge to fix it. In hindsight, I could have done this, but being a student with limited time, I opted for just getting it fixed. Also, getting the car inspected would cost me about $100, and I didn't feel like I should lose another $100 for someone else's carelessness. So I decided to just get the tires fixed and hope for the best. All 4 of my tires had debris inside, preventing the tires from having a proper seal with the rims. I paid $170 to get all my tires fixed, and when I sent them the bill, they said they would only send me $100 because that's what they would charge. Well, clearly, even if they put on my tires for free, it's still not saving money because I'll have to go and pay to get it redone.

After several hours and weeks of calling them every day, I was fed up and agreed to the $100. But of course, I still had to call them multiple times and spend several more hours on hold before I finally received my $100.

I have never felt more scammed and disrespected in my life. Every step of the way I had to constantly reach out wondering if I was getting my car or not, wondering how I would be able to feed myself, contemplating canceling the purchase and buying somewhere else but I had already lost so much money that I stuck with it.

On top of everything, the car didn't even look like it did in the ad. Bumbper clips were broken, extra paint chips, multiple rust spots not seen in ad, and the ink inside the radio dashboard was leaking out. When I called to bring these issues up, I was told they couldn't do anything. However, I had 6 days to return it, and I'd have to bring it back myself.

These people are literally scam artists feeding on the vulnerable. You can't even test drive their cars from what I see on other reviews because nothing is safetied until you buy it.

I had an overall, positive experience. Raphael was the man of the hour! He was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I had to call the dealership several times and every single staff member I talked to were amazing and very nice. Unfortunately the car I had selected had a lien from a previous owner and couldn’t be sold to me. But the amazing staff at the dealership had my deposit sent back to me and deposited into my account within 30 minutes of me requesting. From the personalities, to the ownership of an unfortunate situation, I can’t recommend these guys more. Great value for vehicles as well.
