I cannot thank Sue enough for her unbelievable service. Not only is she extremely professional, she is attentive, fun, receptive and supportive. She has a tremendous selection of dresses suitable for all budgets. She offers off the rack sales as well as the latest bridal fashions. She has a great selection of veils, shoes and all manner of bridal bling!
Not only was our bride able to find her most perfect dress, she left that appointment feeling so beautiful, and so valued as a bride and customer.
As a bridesmaid, watching my favourite person in the world be treated so well was everything my heart needed! Brides… graduates, go see Sue! Run, don’t walk! She will only enrich your search for the perfect dress!

Sue is amazing! I had been trying to help my daughter plan her wedding from long distance and she had picked a dress at Bliss Bridal in Kelowna. When I called Bliss to inquire about it, price, order deadlines, etc., they were high pressure and very abrupt. The salesperson on the phone tried to convince me I had to order right away or the dress wouldn't get to my daughter in time for her wedding, which was still 8 months out. I found First Comes Love on Google and worked with Sue via phone and email. She had my daughter's dream dress in stock at her Kamloops store! My daughter was able to drive up and buy it off the rack so to speak! What a delight! Sue's customer service is fantastic and her inventory is too! I would highly recommend buying your gowns from First Comes Love. You won't be disappointed!

The bridal shop’s service was fantastic! The staff brought great energy, making the experience fun and stress-free. They were accommodating, quickly and efficiently handling dress changes, and were wonderfully welcoming to my young child. Highly recommend!

Alysia at First Comes Love was absolutely amazing!! I emailed her in the morning about a specific dress, she responded very quickly and accommodated me with an appointment that same day to come and try on the dress. I felt so special and important when I was in the shop. I truly felt like she would have done anything to help my wedding dreams come true. She was able to order my dress right away and made sure it would be here on time for my wedding. I would highly recommend any fellow brides to go to First Comes Love! They are fabulous!

I bought a dress online, and was having an issue with the chest area not fitting properly. I took it into Sue and she helped me figure out how to properly make it fit!! I know nothing about boob tape and Sue watched a video with me to make me feel better. I felt bad as I didn’t get the dress from them, but she was still just so willing to help me. Beyond appreciate you and I can’t thank you or recommend you enough!!☺️
