While in town, this is always my go to hardware store / lumber yard. All employees are always happy to help and greet you with a smile every time.

Was thoroughly impressed in the lumber yard, as Jeff provided the most help I’ve ever had in the yard. Clear instruction, and jumped right in to get us in and out efficiently, as it was very cold outside. Something about the encounter was just very refreshing, a very friendly, respectful young man.

Look forward to my next visit here.

Where can I start? The lumber yard manager sleeps in the shack all day, the yard is a complete mess to boot. At the time there were strips of metal on the ground, everywhere. Not only does it harm your guy's equipment, it risks puncturing a tire.

The return policy on unopened items is absurd, and makes it difficult to return an opened defective item! Not to mention how uncoordinated the staff is, such as how they treat other staff.

Lowe's just got another customer. But pricier but the service is much better, as the manager manages! Not sleeps in their chair all day!

I hate how after I paid for my totes and got my receipt 🧾.

A second guy ( 3 feet away ) at the door made me shuffle in my bag for the receipt so he could sign it. 🙄

You just watched me pay ! 😐

There I was pushing six totes out the establishment 💨

Painless online ordering and pickup experience! Got the parts that were in stock and those that needed to be brought in during the same visit. Took about a week from start to finish. I also appreciate that their website now shows real-time stock.

This was always my favorite hardware and toy store but unfortunately I will no longer be supporting them. After years of spending thousands and thousands of dollars there on renovations and birthday gifts, I came in with my receipt and a toy I purchased LAST NIGHT that had broken due to poor craftsmanship and they refused to issue me a refund. Will definitely take my business elsewhere where it is appreciated and where they back the quality of goods that they sell.

Great selection of products. You Will not have any trouble finding anything you need here. Prices are a little steeper than Rona on most items but they do seem to have some really decent sales once in a while. The staff that I've spoken to all seem to be quite knowledgeable on the products and services offered. They are also quite good at matching paint colors, so if you need to get a wall painted and lost the color name, just bring a tiny chip of paint with you and they can use an optical scanner to match it.
