Very good location. There are some angle parking available in front of the building. Open hours 8 am to 6 pm; Monday to Friday. Many services available including vehicle registration, license renewal, driving test, health card and others. I did not get proper instructions from the agent on my request and had to visit few times which was really frustrating. However, finally got documents from different location. I thanks the team for working and helping us in this pandemic.

Applied my wife for alberta health for 2nd time. We call the alberta health center today. Says my wife doesn’t have any file recorded. Staffs are horrible. that guy is so rude and not approachable.

I don’t know the name of the examiner, but I think my brother had him a long time ago and he was excellent while being out with me today for my road test. He was so calm and kind and made me feel at ease while I was doing my test. While there were some slip ups, I managed to pass my test.

Glad I came to this location, I have Marife to thank for recommending me to come and do my test here. Thank you Downtown Registry!

Timberlea Registry messed up my paperwork and still took the payment. I decided to come down here and everything was fixed within 30mins!! The manager was great to deal with as well as compared to their timberlea location where all they do is lie. Keep up the good work!!

I can't even begin to say how grateful I was to have Douglas as my examiner on the driver's test.

He was calm and kind and he made the whole experience really lass daunting and I passed because of it. He calmed down all my anxieties and talked with me about trivial stuff to help.

It was a blessing to have him as an examiner and thank you again.
