We shop at Fortinos in Stoney Creek because they set themselves apart from the other locations. The friendly and personal service adds to the experience. Nowadays you get what you pay for . The meat and produce is excellent and why eat out when you can take out or eat in at their amazing prepared food sections that have the same high quality ?.

While the quality of products in this location is good like rest of their stores, the management is pretty racist. We once got bullied by a white female in her late 50s calling names at us for no reason and that happened multiple time on the same day. When we complained to one of their staff, they did not know how to respond and asked us to talk to their manager. The store manager showed us the same racist vibes earlier and so we dint bother to talk to her and stopped visiting this location altogether.

Best grocery store I've been to. It's next level. Fresh food for hot dinners ready to be served, and in endless selection. Bakery is well stocked, even in the evening. You can sit and eat, there is a comfortable area for that. Meat and produce are good, too. The main grocery area is well stocked with great variety. The whole store is super clean. There's self check outs AND cashiers. There's lots of parking, too. This is my go-to store.

It is my favourite place to do my grocery shopping. Plenty of free parking, great customer service, fabulous food (porchetta and onion rings are THE BEST).

Prices a a bit higher than other groceries stores but the experience and variety of products compensate the price.

I am an avocado ? lover and I can say their avocados are VERY good (similar to Costco).

They have such a nice area of flowers and accessories. There is a small Presidents Choice Financial branch as well.

If you’re in need of a fruit basket order one here. I just picked up the nicest and most plentiful one I have ever seen from any Fortinos Location. Thank you to the staff who put this together.

"Shop at your own risk". I was here yesterday getting a couple cases of water bottles, and as I was walking back to my car, with my cart, there was a pothole in the middle of the road, my cart along with the 2 cases of water went flying due to this pothole, and the buggy wacked me on my leg. I had 3 lovely people come to help me out by picking up my things in the middle of the streer, and putting them in my car for me. After this occurred, the only thing that Fortinos did was give me ice, after I asked for it, a wrap after asking for it, but they made sure to fill an accident report and they wanted me to go to the hospital to see if it was broken. I refused the hospital. It doesn't need to be broken for me to have gotten injured by THEIR pot holed cement. I am left with a large bruise on my chin and Am Still wearing a wrap as it is painful to touch. I was not even told that they would check in on me in a few days or anything... After the ambulance left, that was it. No apologies of it, not saying the road would be fixed, nothing at all. Very disappointing as I've been coming to this Fortinos for many years now and I literally had to ask for every little thing.

The customer service employee at 5pm Saturday acted as if helping me was the last thing they wanted to do, despite having no other apparent tasks. Their attitude was extremely dismissive and rude, treating my return request as if it was a huge inconvenience. Her incompetence refused to give back my receipt afterward. Even though the store’s return policy clearly states that items can be returned within 14 days, the employee refused to process my refund and offered no assistance or explanation. It was as if they were more interested in doing nothing than actually helping a customer. This blatant neglect and lack of professionalism have convinced me to take my business elsewhere.

I just love the convenience here since it's not far from home and the employees are very helpful, friendly and always smiling that it lifts up your mood too.
