Super bel épicerie, probablement le plus bel jamais visité. Il y a beaucoup de comptoir de nourriture préparé qui offre une grande variété de nourriture. Il semble vraiment avoir de tout. Par contre, il est peobablement le plis dispendieux jamais vu. 10$ pour 2 cuillerées de salade de patates... mais elle était excellente.

I accidentally bought a rotisserie halal chicken because it wasn’t clearly marked. I can’t eat this for religious and ethical reasons. I feel like Fortinos is transitioning to only halal chicken and being sneaky about it. It should be advertised clearly on the packaging so we can decide to purchase it or not! See the pictures.

I visit Fortinos pretty often and always have a wonderful experience. One of the standout features of Fortinos is their exceptional bakery section. It's my go-to destination for the best carrot cake—better than any I've found in dedicated bakery stores. The cake is always moist, flavourful, and perfectly balanced, making it a delightful treat.

Their hot food section is another highlight, consistently offering fresh and delicious options. Whether I'm in the mood for a quick lunch or a hearty dinner, I can always count on their hot foods to be fresh and satisfying. The variety and quality of the dishes are impressive.

When it comes to groceries, Fortinos delivers decent freshness across their range of products. I've rarely been disappointed with the produce, and their selection is quite comprehensive. However, it's worth noting that the prices are a bit on the higher side. While this might be a drawback for those on a tighter budget, the quality often justifies the cost.

Customer service at Fortinos is top-notch. The staff are always friendly, approachable, and ready to assist. Their quick response times and attention to detail enhance the overall shopping experience. It's clear that they value their customers and strive to make each visit pleasant.

I initially visited Fortinos for a special occasion, hoping to find some unique treats and ingredients, and they exceeded my expectations. The bakery alone makes it worth the trip, but the overall quality and service are commendable too.

While there is room for improvement in terms of pricing, Fortinos remains a fantastic choice for high-quality groceries and exceptional baked goods. I highly recommend it, especially for their bakery and hot food sections. Whether you're planning a special occasion or just need reliable groceries, Fortinos is a great option.

Appreciate Silence

I went there and got food from the cafe area, chicken with potatoes, and veg. Went over to the seating area, was told by the man working there “your cart has to stay outside”. Ok no problem. But the tone of his voice was rude and he spoke to me like I was a 5 yr old. So I took the cart, pushed it back out of the cafe area, and sat at a table to eat. Then he looked me and said “oh your ones of those are ya, can’t even wait for a table to be cleaned off”. I said “I beg your pardon, you seem to have a problem with me from the minute I walked in here, and your tone of voice is not appropriate”. Again he shot off his mouth and said “you’re just one of those, you’re one of those”. I have no idea what he was talking about but I was trying really hard to keep my cool. So I responded and said “just keep mouthing off, I won’t engage with you any further”. Again he started, “ I’m not mouthing off, you’re just one of those, just one of those”. This man’s behaviour was the worst I’ve ever encountered in a public place. Why would Fortinos keep a person like this on staff who treats their customers like this. I’ll never go back to that store or care, and neither will any of our extended family. Customers would be more happy to clean off the tables themselves and eat in peace than have a person like this verbally abuse non stop.

I shop here on a regular basis and enjoy the variety of foods.

Collecting Optimum points with my PC credit card is great for doubling up and then spend on lunch in the café area.

Parking is plentiful and you can enter & exit from both ends of the store, very convenient.
