My son (17) stopped in to ask about prices for an installation and the person start by insulting his truck , amp and subwoofer that he has to get installed in his truck. This is not a place I would recommend or take my vehicle. Very poor customer service!

I had a very good experience at Fox Auto Sound. Took about two weeks to get my appointment. They were polite and professional. Had them install Amp/Sub/Keyloc on my 2022 Ford Edge. The only thing I will mention is the EQ was not setup on the Keyloc but I was able to do it myself very easily and everything sounds great! They also offered to have me back in a few weeks for tuning adjustments.

Wiring is super clean and the sub slaps! I recommended Fox Auto sound for my mothers dash cam since I was so pleased with my experience.

These guys are very knowledgeable, professional and offer great prices.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM CAR PHONIX and go to Fox Auto Sound instead!

I have a 2014 Subaru Outback. I brought up my concerns regarding safety and functionality having to install a dash cam and a rear cam in such a tight space. Craig was able to find an all-in-one unit that served both purposes and adressed both my concerns as well. There was a supplier’s issue that is out of his control but he managed to get the unit in. “Patience is a virtue” as I am very pleased with the result!!!

Professionally installed , friendly, helpful (thank you JAMES), and they went above and beyond by affixing a loose part of the steering wheel James discovered as he was working on the wiring of the unit.

Very good customer service, fair priced, and completed the work in the stated time frame.

I live in Ingersoll, I’m very glad I made the trip to Dorchester. You won't be disappointed, I’ll do it again in a heart beat.

I stopped into Fox Auto, with an inquiry for a short fuse time frame purchase and install of a new stereo deck for my truck, since we would be taking it to Florida in 2 weeks- Fox auto got me in and set me up with a system that more then met my needs!

Come install day- the system was installed very professionally and they went over in detail how to best use the features- the price ended up being less then I had figured it would be ( a very noteworthy point in this day and age in itself!)

Keep up the great work team and I would highly recommend Fox Auto to anyone!

This is without a doubt the best auto electronics shop around. Greg & James are amazing, knowledgeable and really take the time to make sure your system is running exactly how you want it for beyond a reasonable price.
I wasted my time at another place in London and could not have been more unhappy with my many visits to their location & poor staff. I was severely overcharged and left every visit feeling unsettled. They performed twice as much labour for half the cost!

Don't waste your time anywhere else and make sure you call to book because they are booking weeks out at the time of this review.
