Such a beautiful little store—love supporting local businesses like this one! I stopped by today and bought a lovely glass water bottle as a birthday gift for my daughter, only to find out shortly after that my husband had already picked one up for her. I returned to the store within the hour to request a refund, but was told they only offer exchanges. While I completely understand policies are in place for a reason, it was disappointing that there was no flexibility given how recent the purchase was. I’ll definitely come back, as the store has some really great items, but the experience did leave me feeling a bit let down.

Frakas is a great local store who not only supports other small business in our community but brings such cute fashionable pieces to Kelowna without hurting the bank! All of my pieces I have had for years, great quality and wash well! Overall I cannot recommend Frakas enough :)!

My all time favourite place to shop in Kelowna!! Shopping at women's clothing stores can sometimes feel... 'intimidating', but the staff at Frakus are the most lovely girls I have ever met. They always make me feel welcome and are so helpful!! The last time I was in, the girl helping me threw a few surprise gifts in my bag because she knew my birthday was coming up. It literally made my week 🥹🫶🏻 [I wish I could remember her name, but I do remember she's an April taurus, lol]. It's also the perfect place to buy gifts for the women in your life - they have so many cute accessories and lifestyle pieces!

Zoe was so helpful when we were in today! I love the clothes and style of Fraka’s, my only complaint is the lack of sizes and size range in some pieces. Overall, great experience every time

I am beyond grateful and happy with my experience shopping online! I ordered a lavender coloured dress for an upcoming wedding. They ended up sending the wrong dress by accident. I phoned them and they sent me the correct dress right away with express shipping! They let me keep the dress they accidentally sent, gave me a pair of free ear rings, a free eye gel pad package and a %20 coupon code for my next order online. I have been in the store before a few times as well and the ladies that work there are so pleasant and I will continue shopping here over the years!
