We came in just browsing at pedal assist bikes and Johnny was there to greet us, ask us what we were looking for and our biking goals.
With that he showed us two that he recommended.
We set up a day to try a few out at the Dillworth store where he would be.
Johnny was kind, and there was no pressure which is always refreshing!!
We settled on the Electra townie 2026…..
Johnny then assisted us with locks and a few other accessories. After picking them us, a few days later we had a couple questions, also returned the alarms with ease and no issues.
A pleasant experience!!

Went on July 21st to get my bike fit. I met with Adam who was very professional, had an amazing knowledge and explained the process step by step. Not only he was able to recommend and adjust my bike perfectly, he gave me a ridding tips. Its very refreshing to meet such a Young man that is goal oriented.

I went in to purchase a new full-suspension mountain bike, but I felt like a ghost. The staff were too busy with their own conversations to even glance my way. (1-2 other customers in there).

After wandering around for 10–15 minutes and trying to make eye contact, I found the bike I wanted a Specialized RockJumber and hoped for some guidance on possible alternatives or a new helmet—but they remained completely uninterested. I’m heavyset, and made me think that it disqualified me from being a "serious" mountian bike customer.

Then a nice gentleman walked in with a tire and wheel problem, and suddenly everyone sprang into action as if he were royalty. I assumed they’d direct him to the service center, but instead they fawned over him on the sales floor.
I understand that places get busy but please take a few seconds to say, "I will be with you as quicky as I can". It makes a customer fell like they are valued.

Needless to say, my money didn’t stay at Fresh Air Pandosy. I took my business elsewhere—somewhere that treats every customer like they matter. Treat your customers like your paycheck depends on it. Now I'm enjoying my new Rocky Mountian with a new found Kelowna shop that had time for me.

My hope is that this location can use this feedback to further improve it's customer service. "Extra star given".

Thank you for making our trip to Kelowna awesome! We rode our bikes down to the store. I have been looking for a basket for my Electra cruiser bicycle for years. They had a few options of baskets. And when I found the right one, Martin so graciously installed it for me on the spot. Service was fast and friendly. Would recommend!!

One of the best places in town for gear and bike servicing. They did a full service and repair on my oldish full suspension bike and it rides great. They were transparent about the cost and their recommendations. They have a solid selection of products and manufacturers. I have bought a bunch of gear here, including my helmet at the Dilworth location, and they even price matched a pair of pads for me. Plus, the employees actually engage in outdoor sports making them beneficial to the shopping experience.

A big shout out of thanks to everyone at the store for helping me choose my next ride and explain ebikes. As a road cyclist getting on in years and having a harder time climbing those hills, the staff pointed me to an ebike road bike Trek Domane+ 5 AL to transition over. The ebike will only “assist” me to overcome those hills yet still allow me to road cycle without assistance. A superb bike fit experience with Marty Tymm and no issues from the get go adapting to this bike. These people know their bikes and have superb bikes in stock for everyone!
