The produce is excellent and the prices are competitive. The staff are helpful and friendly. I love that there is a selection of Asian food products. I appreciated the Canadian flags on the Canadian products that made choosing more efficient.

Absolutely ridiculous experience. FreshCo seems more concerned about policing their parking lot than serving customers. I parked to grab groceries, but stepped off the premises for a few minutes – came back to find a ticket on my car. Apparently, they issue fines if you “walk off site,” even if you’re shopping there! It’s absurd and petty. I came to spend money, not get harassed. Won’t be returning – plenty of other grocery stores that don’t treat customers like criminals over parking.

Horrible place to shop now. Always loved going there as it was are to go to for little shopping and loved the quality of fruit there. We have stopped there some many times and shopped. Then run over to grillers to buy meat freshco didn't have,or into shoppers without any problem. This time, I met my wife there in separate vehicles, and we drove by a friend that was parked in front of the Chinese food place and went to say hi quick. It was a 6-minute conversation, and when we were going back to get our stuff for dinner, we forgot our groceries bags, and saw tickets on both of our vehicles. The guy that was issuing tickets was standing there, and we asked him why we got a ticket, and told us because we walked off the property. Asked him, really, we were 6 minutes talking to a friend quickly. He said it's his job to write a ticket as soon as anyone walks off the property. Such BS and BS policy. He said for us to ask for a manager when we go inside to get our groceries, and there is a manager at all times we can talk too. When we asked for a manager they asked why, told them, and was advised only the owner Shawn deals with the parking tickets, and usually is only there from 9 to 3, but sometimes he is there later. I asked. "You can't page to see if he is still here?" An old lady standing at the end by the boxes said I'm a manager, and I can tell you Shawn is not here." She was completely rude. Listened to the complete conversation we had with the cashier, and just sat there, said nothing, or did nothing until we asked Shawn to be paged. I'm a manager of a business, and when I'm not there, I always have an assistant manager who can deal with anything that comes up. What is the point of having a manager if they can't support you when you're gone. That is just a cashier lead. I understand the parking policy, but when someone walks off, it should be timed and have a grace period or be monitored to see if you go into get groceries. I will let everyone know to boycott freshco for this petty policy. 1/3 of the parking lot was empty. I guess it's his way for paying for the parking lot that got resurfacing. Lol what a joke.

Great manager
Watch for parking rules. You need to shop in the store if you then leave parking lot to go to another store. You will get a ticket if you don't shop there when you park in the parking lot.

It's great deals as long as you don't mind. Zombies and homeless people walking around in the parking lot all day long and sneaking in inside the building with the undercover a Rusty police officer homies but that new job on the concrete man. That stuff is still in the store on dust on the products but man respects to all those employees that work there. You guys are awesome! No kidding in all actuality you guys are fantastic and fabulous. I wish you nothing but the best in life

The workers here always have a horrible attitude. They glare at you, roll their eyes, throw your groceries on the counter. It's so disrespectful. They already dont know the inventory, don't know where anything is, don't answer your questions, don't bag your groceries... If they are going to be rude too, why not just put in self-serve checkouts and save the money? Why bother hiring anyone if you're not going to provide customer service?

Absolutely not anymore. There are many places with huge parking lots that have grocery stores, drugstores—everything. I got an $86 parking ticket just because I walked over to the drugstore. Okay, there was a sign clearly stating it wasn’t allowed, but I never really read it before. My bad. Enjoy my money—I’m never coming back.
