I would give this store 0 star if I could. This freshco location was very unaware of what promotion was on or off for the week. Employees are not well trained or knowledgeable. In speaking with the store manager, he acknowledges that the promotion for something that I went for was on even though 4 of his employees turned me down, yet he still wouldn't compensate or even apologize for my experience at his store. Very disappointing and frustrating.

PS: I was not shopping for 60$ off worth of stuff. This shows that the manager was not listening to the customer complaint and what was actually happening.

The store is clean, great spacing compare to other stores (guessing because this used to be a sobeys) and prices are somewhat reasonable. But the produce there are never fresh and LOTS of expired foods. One of the cashier is always so rude (she’s always on terminal 1, always gives us dirty look no hi nor bye and thank you. The self check outs are better, and that’s when you know the store is bad. Cheaper store, cheaper quality.

We have been going to this store for last 10 years , when it was called sobeys and then changed to fresh co. Always happy with them until they hired a new manager!!
Unfortunately products are not as fresh organized as before. Always short staffed and smelly!
Me and my daughter went for a quick shopping yesterday with my 3 moths old teacup chihuahua in my daughter’s hand , (the size of a mouse)as soon as we entered the store a worker ( new manager) jumped in front of us and with a very rude manner he asked us to not allow our dog near products!!!
Our dog was in my daughter’s hand away from everything and i was doing the shopping.
He ruined our shopping experience badly, something that me and my daughter enjoyed doing it together for last few years at this location.
After that incident he started following us around the store and making us uncomfortable. He is rude and scary and odd.
We decided to never go back to this location ever again. After 10 years of being a weekly customer.

Came by here after visiting the nearby Thornhill Family Orthodontics in the same plaza and found this little gem of a FreshCo. The store was really well lit, very clean and neat. There was great variety of choices considering it's a medium to large size store. Lots of good sales, lots of stock and the store just looked great and the staff members and managers have done a great job keeping it this way.
Edit: 7, 8 months later the place is still sparkling clean.

Bright, clean, and spacious. Lots of kosher items. Limited but good variety of international items. Good quality produce. There isn't a bakery within the grocery store, only ready made breads.

Buyer Beware - Deceptive Pricing Tactics.
On no less than five separate occasions, I have fallen victim to their questionable pricing practices. Each time I make a purchase, it seems like there's at least one item that's intentionally mispriced, leaving me with a frustrating and bewildering checkout process.
It's become an almost ritualistic routine: as I'm on the verge of completing my purchase, I discover that the price on the item doesn't match what I initially expected. This initiates a disheartening back-and-forth exchange with the store's staff. The staff member, without fail, insists that the error is mine to bear, suggesting that I should have examined the price sticker more closely, as it purportedly relates to an entirely different product.
This deception is not just an inconvenience; it erodes trust and leaves a sour taste in the mouth of any consumer. It's incredibly disheartening to feel like a store is intentionally trying to confuse its customers with misleading pricing tactics. For a business to thrive, it must prioritize honesty, clarity, and transparency. This store seems to have lost sight of these fundamental principles.
In sum, be vigilant when shopping at this store. Keep a watchful eye on the price tags and receipts, and don't hesitate to challenge any discrepancies you might encounter. After all, as consumers, we deserve fairness and honesty in our transactions.

Staff are really friendly here and the section produce is great! A package of raspberries were not as fresh and we found mold in it after 2 days but we’re easily able to return it on the 3rd day for our money back.

Sells beef bones which has been great for making pho! (But you don’t get to specify a specific part, it’s just whatever the butcher packages together).

This place also sells halloumi, make sure to check carefully in the cheese section.

They also carry eggless cakes!
