Really like to use the bargains provided at the store except for the fact they do not have proper full size carts or pull carts. It makes it very difficult to carry the weight of purchasing a large amount of maybe they don’t want shoppers buying more than a few items. Come on guys.!

I had a very disappointing experience at FreshCo. I was trying to redeem my Scene+ points, and as shown in the attached picture, I clearly have a valid balance. However, the lady at the counter kept insisting my card wasn’t registered and gave me misleading information. She tried a few times but was completely unhelpful, and refused to escalate the issue or call a supervisor.

When I got home, I contacted Scene+ customer service, and they confirmed that my account is in good standing with no issues. They clearly stated the problem was from FreshCo’s end and recommended I speak to the supervisor on the spot, which I tried to do—but the staff just kept repeating I should call Scene+, which was not the solution.

Because of this, I was unable to redeem my points and left extremely frustrated. This experience has made me rethink shopping here. Very poor customer service.

I was shopping in the store yesterday . It was 9.45 pm when I come to check out the items, how ever the only one lane open and I was ask to go to the self check out, and a store staff came to the self check out and said she will do the checkout for me and she was in a hurry and started scanning things and throw my food, I questioned to her why do you do like that? She don’t even apologise and simply said oh that’s my hand slipping the items, if it’s a one item slipping her hand I understand but all the food items slipping her hand? Throwing fruits? She was hurry to close the check out, I did refuse the food and walk away and did inform the supervisor as well, it was really a bad attitude from the staff, every penny we pay is worth for us. Having a experience like this never want to go there again

Great prices and has very fresh produce. Friendly and helpful staff. Love shopping here. They would of got 5 stars if they offered online shopping with delivery like the other grocery stores do.

팥도 캘로나에서 제일 저렴한 가격에 판매하는것 같아요.
자주먹는 일본카레루도 매운맛. 달콤한맛 두가지나 있네요.👍

This is one of the great grocery stores I have found. Always love going there as I find each and everything I need for grocery. The products they have are of high quality. The staff is very kind and helpful. I would surely recommend this place 100%

it beats costco pricing so once a month i buy here big bulk style it is cheapest grocery in kelowna yes even cheaper than peters independent ,costco and yes beat walmart pricing as well but remember its groomed more towards big bulk costco style

Basic essentials, variety is limited. Good location. Music was a little too loud when I was there. Staff willing to help find items. This store is good for frequent shops of basic items.
