Like the other Freshcos, this is a decent grocery store. Freshco has almost everything you need, plus some other items you might not find at other stores. Although, this location does not have a self-checkout aisle or a public washroom to use. Overall, The Freshco in Chilliwack is okay, however it may be the least good out of all the ones have been to.

I bought 30$ lamb and when I opened it only a few days after buying it, it had an extremely bad/concerning smell. I took it back to freshco, not just to see about a refund, but to show them the problem to avoid this happening again in the future, and the manager was very condescending and didn’t even bother to ask why I was returning it and immediately told me I wouldn’t be getting a refund without the receipt. it’s pretty concerning how little he cared about the problem with the lamb, so I would be careful buying any meat from there. Be careful people

Shout out to Mark Adrian.. I won't specify details as they are not needed but I raised a complaint against the stores security.. the owner took it so seriously dealt with it and showed genuine care and regard for his customers even when inwas less then "sweet". The security company did aswell. This is a store worth supporting run by real people that care. Mistakes happen it's how they deal with them that matters and this store is doing it right.. shout out to Mark and Adrian keep it up guys..

The only good thing about this Fresh co is the low prices and decent selection. It is an incredibly sketchy store in a overrun drug addict area of Chilliwack. My partner and I won't be going back here in fear of getting stabbed in the parking lot or our car being robbed. Don't recommend, go to another grocery store.

FreshCo has a good international foods aisle, including a some hard to find items such as Mrs Ball's Chutney from South Africa and a wide range of South Asian products. Veggies & meats have been fresh and good quality. Prices are generally competitive, with some above average and some below. Store hasn't seemed too busy, although my experience has been that they tend to quickly run out of their limited deals.

Can someone explain to me why they have so many tills but only ever seem to have a maximum of 3 open even when all 3 lines are backed up to the enterance of each isle? Prices are often great and very competitive with other grocery stores in the area and they have a great selection of products including items you cant get elsewhere but man oh man are there tills infuriating. They also have security in the store but never infront of the store where there is often a woman high, dancing in stalls asking for money, blaring music, lip syncing and just overall out of it.

This place may be decent on pricing, but the way they tills are set up doesnt leave much for room and they never have enough cashiers on shift... not a place to go if youre just doing a quick shop.
