I had a nice experience. Friendly staff. Got souvenir magnets and even bought a souvenir Lake Louise coin which was very unique compared to all the other shops on the block. Came back next day to get a bunch of postcards for only $1 each! Thank you very much.

While we were standing by the door inside the mall trying to console my 2 year old whos been crying outside for few minutes and it was cold. The owner of this store came to my child and told him "shall I kick you out or you're going to stop crying" unbelievable. He asked me to "control" my child. This man claims to be the "owner of the mall". I find this inhumane. I hope nobody else experiences this again. And to you Sir, you can't fully "control" a 2 year old child. They are still developing their understanding of language and self control making it difficult for them to consistently follow instructions. While we try to guide them and set limits on their behavior we understand families in our situation are not welcome in your store/mall. But please to tell a child words like "kick you out ". NO CHILD DESERVES this.

I understand not wanting to accept debit or credit for lotto. Charges for small businesses are insane. However not willing to issue a tilled paper receipt for cash lotto, that's just cheap. The owner of this place spends more time arguing with customers than promoting sales.

It's a bit confusing where to exchange the currency - there is a kind of "open window" in the hallway which looks like the right place - but go INTO the shop on the left! The lady was friendly and helpful - exchange rate was competitive 😊 A point for travellers - Canadian banks DO NOT offer cash exchange... ridiculous but true 😱🙈

A great shop in banff. Stop in and find a great gift. like RCMP's merchandise.. swatches:) and knifes... Swiss army collection.. must stop in. It's hard to find, but look a little father in, and you will find it.

My wife still enjoys wearing her beautiful ammolite necklace. It still gets raves and appreciations. The owners of the store Freya and Ossie were loves. They even invited us to join them the next day on the rooftop patio to watch the Canada Day Parade along with a little 🥂

I wouldn't get any jewellery adjusted here. I was given a Fossil watch and I had them size it to me. 3 times a pin at the same joint broke. Every 6 months this happened and they would charge me $10 to replace the pin. They did NOT size my watch properly. After the 4th time a new pin broke I went somewhere else in the valley.

My watch had a micro adjustment that Canmore Jewellers showed me. They replaced the pin and didn't charge me anything. That pin hasn't broken and its been 2 years.
