It’s clean, I suppose. Gets the job done as far as a non-Guy’s Frenchies goes, kind of. Would certainly not go out of my way to check it out. Very limited selection of men’s wear. We visited with our daughter and her friend- Both 9-year olds- And apparently the employee did not appreciate two young children playing dress-up with high heels, etc. Which is fine, but speak to the parents, or politely ask them to mind their manners. Don’t say “can’t wait to see you again- Not!” As we’re leaving. Sorry we were bothering all of the other customers (there were no other customers), we can’t wait to shop at your store again. Not. We’ll be sure to tell our family and friends good things about your store. Not.

Being new to the area I was delighted to find a Frenchy’s in the area with easy access and parking. I have visited this Frenchy’s 3 times since moving here in January. Each and every time we had an unpleasant experience with the store associate, who confirmed today that she was the manager. On each occasion she was rude to my children (ages 4 & 6) and extremely unfriendly to myself. In a community filled with easy going and friendly people it’s extremely uncomfortable to enter a used clothing store and be treated in such a manner. I hate to make this public but I was rudely dismissed when I asked for the owners contact to discuss my experience and dissatisfaction with them privately. Terrible actually the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced for myself and my children.

The clothes were cheap, which is good. Staff was friendly. It was a little crowded and the changing rooms are just covered by curtains which doesn't instill me with a ton of confidence or comfort when I have to try something on.

It seems every single time I walk in here while a certain staff member is working it’s always terrible. She’s constantly yelling at customers and talking poorly about her other co-workers and how she dislikes working there and can do more work faster than her peers. Terrible experience and after my last visit I won’t be going back.

I was perusing alone in a quiet corner where the dresses are. Suddenly I heard someone yell from across the room, "Wear your mask!" I looked up but ignored it because I was wearing a mask. "Then I heard it again, "You have to wear your mask properly!" I looked up again, saw the woman behind the counter across the room looking at me. I realized then that my mask slipped under my nose. I pulled it up and started to walk towards her, she promptly scuttled away behind a closed door. I left the store. Her purpose was to embarrass me. Otherwise she would have come to me and ask me politely to reposition my mask. Later, at another store, someone stopped me, telling me that they witnessed it and said her behaviour was shameful

Very rude staff. My mother is hard of hearing and didn't hear one of the staff say that their policy is to put items into a separate bin (mind you this was said to my niece, and not to my mother) and when my mother put an item back into the bin the staff member snapped and said "I've already told you once". Very unprofessional and impolite. We will not be back, and will not be recommending them to anyone.

Really enjoyed my shopping experience here. Very friendly staff(5 ? just for the staff! Other customers were equally very friendly and pleasant. Wonderful all the way around. Stop in you'll see for yourself.

You can really find some great deals at Funtastic Frenchy's!! If you're an avid reader like me then this is the place. Only $2 for a book & sometimes you can get new releases for a steal.
