If I could it would be ZERO stars. Jason the manager or owner was so rude I honestly couldn't believe the way he spoke to me. 9 month old bedframe cracked and he is sending me (whenever the part comes in) a REPAIRED bedframe! Why in God's name should I be sleeping on a repaired frame when I just purchased it new only 9 months ago! Beds last for YEARS not months.
When I tried to find out when the bed would come because I'm sleeping on the FLOOR he acted as if I completely disturbed his day and was condescending and rude af with ZERO CUSTOMER RETENTION EFFORTS.

I've spent thousand there on other furniture and ALL appliances - I cannot believe the horrible treatment 😢 and now I'm supposed to just be happy to wait an indeterminate amount of time for a repaired bed!!!

The sales experience felt old fashioned in a nice way. We wanted a specific washing machine that was cheaper at a competitor but they offered to price match. And delivery was fast - we bough it on Saturday and had it delivered early Tuesday!

We have had such great service from this store over the past 1.5 years to replace broken/ worn out furniture and appliances; and as well to furnish spare rooms. They are super helpful and friendly here and not on commission so it’s not a high-pressure situation. They have very quick island-wide delivery and have matched prices from other places. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am just getting around to write this review now since I am still upset towards this business. Last fall I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Furniture Gallery, and I must say it was nothing short of disappointing. From start to finish, the entire process left much to be desired, and the poor service, coupled with the lack of responsiveness, has left me with a sour taste in my mouth.

Upon entering the store, I was greeted by employees who seemed indifferent and uninterested in assisting customers. It was clear that customer concerns were not a top priority for the staff. Despite my attempts to seek guidance and information, I was met with a level of ignorance that I found unacceptable.

The problems escalated when my purchased furniture was delivered. The handling of the items was careless, resulting in noticeable damage to the pieces. The delivery team seemed rushed and untrained, showing a lack of professionalism in their approach.

What added to the frustration was the complete absence of follow-up from the owner after the delivery. Despite reaching out with my concerns, I received no response, leaving me feeling abandoned as a customer. The lack of communication and willingness to address issues is a clear sign of neglect on the part of the business.

In the end, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. The combination of poor service, ignorant employees, and a complete lack of follow-up demonstrates a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before engaging with this business, as the likelihood of encountering similar issues is unfortunately high. It's disheartening to see a business neglect its customers in such a manner, and I hope Furniture Gallery takes these concerns seriously for the sake of its reputation and future success.

We were looking to replace our old stove and went around to different places price shopping. We camein about ten minutes before closing just to look quickly and apologize for coming in so close to them closing. They were very polite and said no worries, what can we help you with today. We told the gentleman what we were looking for and took us to the back. They had a good selection on the floor, and he was very knowledgeable on the products they carried. A lot of the items were on sale and they said that they even priced matched. To make the story short, we found a stove at an excellent price and it was in stock. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly. They have earned a loyal customer.

I don't need them phoning me on a daily basis telling me my order is in. Especially since I'm working. When I picked up my purchase it took forever to find anyone, they seemed to have lost the record of my order, it took me twice the amount of time it should have to pick up my order, and I can't believe the sales lady wasted time letting an old man take a picture of her WHILE I waited for service.
