Buyers beware? The conditions are plain and simple...You bid, you win, you pay and pick up within a specified time frame....How hard is that? Anyway. I have bought here on too many to count occasions. The service received was excellent. The guys and girls will help you and treat you well. As a tip, I have noticed that similar items will go at a much higher price in certain jurisdictions so it is worth to do a little research.

I bid and pay for something online, however the day after I began dealing with unexpected medical issues.

Over the next two weeks, they would not stop calling and emailing me to go pick up the item, as if my life revolves around this one transaction.

Finally, in under 2 weeks from the time I bid and paid for the item, they tell me that if I don't pick up the item then they keep the item and I get no refund. I said fine as I had more important health matters at hand to deal with.

Leaving this review to let others know, if you bid on something, be prepared to go pick up whatever the item may be immediately. This is a government service, the concept of being client oriented is entirely foreign to them. Buyer beware.

a place to get some surplus government stuff, last time there were huge lineups,. come early if you expect to get the good stuff. They sell all kinds of stuff. You never know what you will find. Only opens to the public a few times a year. No idea when the next one will happen.
