Fantastic overall experience. Fast, courteous and even delivered my new buggy! Everyone was professional, the store is nice, no issues whatsoever. Plan to shop there again.

Not very impressed with this place!
Dropped are still chainsaw off here last year in September, did not get it back till March 2024!!!
Very little communication on the issue, we had to drive 20 minutes to Oliver multiple times to get the low down on the situation.
Then when it was finally ready, The lady give us issues on a coupon that was attached to our invoice. Was attached by an employee that said they would value it when it was fixed. Was saved for when the chainsaw was ready for pickup... She said this was from last year and that she may not be able to value the coupon. And of course the guy that put it on there was a way sick. It's not our fault that it took you this long to fix a chainsaw.. They eventually valued the coupon. After a lengthy discussion. We got our chainsaw but I doubt we will ever be coming back to this place!

I can't beleave the
2 x now within 1 pull my equipment fails after charging me the repairs i bring it back the keep it for weeks then i pick it up bring home first pull again and fails...so sick of there shit poor customer relations and workmanship.. quality of workmanship from this company really suks

Went 3 times for questions, drop off, and pick-up . Was served with the first minute of walking in, all 3 times. Fast service on my machine and good rates. Very pleased with the overall experience here.

Couldn't be more happy with my new weed whacker! Struggled for a few years with a cheap weed eater... thanks to Ben at Gerard's equipment I got my new fs38 on sale in perfect timing for my first spring yard trim 😀

Took my 54" Kubota mower to get some warranty work done. Asked also for a basic first service to be done (change oil, filters, sharpen blades, etc). Just about dropped my teeth when the basic service came in at over $600!!! (three hrs labour @ $100/hr). I protested at the outrageous bill, and the guy behind the counter immediately started making excuses (telling me lies about what they had done). When I pointed out that he wasn't telling me the truth, he just shrugged; couldn't have cared less. Wouldn't budge a thin dime. Just for interest, before I left the store, I pulled off the air filter cover, and the dirt went everywhere; they hadn't touched it. I showed it to them and left. I didn't want to spend another minute in their ripoff business. They also told me that they needed to replace two hydraulic filters at $50 a piece plus $100/hr installation. According to my manual's maintenance schedule, this does not need to be done until 700 hrs, not at the first service with barely over 100 hrs on the machine. Ripoff!
These guys are flat out ripoff artists. I've been a mechanic for 40 years, and I know I could have done that job in less than half the time they charged for. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!
And surprise surprise, they responded with pure gaslighting. Ignored that they tried to lie to me about why the service took three hours. Ignored that despite charging for all that time, they hadn't even checked the the air filter. Ignored the fact that they told me that the hydraulic filters needed to be changed (at outrageous price) when they knew it didn't need to be done for hundreds more hours of operation. What a bunch of scammers. STAY AWAY!!!

The customer service was horrendous if you want to be served by a narcissist go to them. Absolutely terrible that Kubota have these people servicing their machines they couldn't even service a lawn mower engine 🙄 absolutely pathetic left my air filter disgusting and dirty. They're totally unorganized and didn't even have the parts to do my service that they agreed to do and I had to wait. If you're not going to have things ready for the customer maybe you should have a better attitude because it's not the customers fault.

Take all my seasonal equipment ( gas weed eater, chainsaws,snowblower,John Deere ride - on mower etc....) there.
Never been more than a few(3) days to get anything back and am always surprised at the bill and how little it cost, and never any surprises.
Great service at the Counter and very professional service work.
As far as I'm concerned what any service center "SHOULD" be !
