I went to pick up a Purolator package and ended up staying to check out all the cool things they have! And on top of that, there’s a cute dog to hang with!

Oh gosh where to start? This is the worst package pick up I've ever been too and I'm not the only person with this kind of experience... Family run businesses seem to not have the first clue about customer service and experiences like this just perpetuate the stereotype... The only employee managing the parcel pick up ASKED ME what it was packaged in as if I was there when it was packaged with an attitude! If you can't handle finding OUR packages you should quite bring an affiliate company. Purolator should be more careful who represents them.

Absolutely awkward and horrible customer service. I went in with full intentions to spend money and was treated like I wasn't welcome. The lady behind the desk wouldnt even look at me while i asked her where to locate an item. This store will never recieve our business again. Greeting customers with respect is for sure not this stores motto.

Not a great experience. I find the place very cluttered, dusty and unkept. The also a package drop/pickup location and the packages are all over the place. It kinda raises my anxiety everytime I have to go there.

This is more a review for purolator... I picked up my package here and its litterally been run over by a vehicle... not only is the box and its contents destroyed but you can see the tire Mark's on the freaking box..... not impressed in any way!
These were very expensive hiking shoes, the stability of these shoes is very important....
Purolator and sport check will also be getting emailed regarding this

I came across this hidden gem today while on the search for a Christmas gift for my daughter. My experience has left me with such delight! While they did not have the item I was hoping to find, they were able to order in exactly what I was looking for!! The owners went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the perfect gift, at a reasonable price.

Older lady with blonde hair came out of this store to get mad at me because my boyfriend parked in front of the store because no other parking spots were available. She was very disrespectful for no reason. I have no idea why she thought this was appropriate to do. Get more respectful employees.
