What an absolute gem! I’m out in California and wanted to send a gift back home. I originally found one of those “Victoria gift basket” companies and was about to place an order but it felt really impersonal. Then I thought to do a Google search for local delivery. Sure enough, I found GiGi’s at the top of the Yelp list and promptly placed an order online the next morning. Easy!

I messaged them to check-in on delivery and unfortunately with my friend being a bit out of the way, they were going to have to deliver the next day as an exception outside their normal operating hours. They decided to do it because “We saw that it was to cheer someone up and figured it would be a nice gift in the AM with her morning coffee/tea 😀” I’ve never had a business go above and beyond like that and truly humanizes the experience. Thank you for making my friend’s day. Your team absolutely nailed it and she was in fact sitting with a ☕️. Appreciate you letting me share in that experience with a photo!

They take into account every suggestion and do what they can to make your requests happen. I ordered a gift box about a month before my requested date. They handled everything and delivered on my requested date. My friends loved it and all the local products. Everything being local is amazing.

The customer service is incredible, I sent an email questions and had a response in minutes.

The delivery was smooth and my friends appreciated them and hiring local and not using outsourced deliveries. If I ever need a basket on the island I will using Gigi's again.
