This is such an amazing business to have in our community. I went in with a concern about one of my cats. Billie was AMAZING. She listened to my concerns, and offered her best advise. She pointed me in the direction of a better product than the one I was currently using, but never once made me feel like she was 'upselling'. She is truly amazing! She also showed me a cleaner to use because what I was doing wasn't quite enough. Bonus, the scent is very faint. 10/10 recommend Global Pet Foods.

This place is always helpful & the staff is very friendly. My dog has allergies & this store has the pork & lamb 🐑 blends that my dog can eat. Very glad for that!!

They have stuff for the small pups, like interactive toys and harnesses, stuffed toys and squeaky ones. They were almost too small for my 10 pound dog! If you have a tiny dog this is a great place to stop and look 😊 the staff was also equally helpfully and very willing to take their time to help us find the right boots during the cold snap.

Was my first time visiting this store. It's also my first time owning a fish. Don't let that fool you because i'm a very serious buyer. Any purchase I make even if it's a small purchase I take customer service very seriously. Upon entering the store i immediatley felt something wasn't right. I was looking for some fish food. There was two employees in the store. Neither of them asked me how my day was going. I did not get a warm welcome. I felt like the only thing that mattered was my purchase. It felt like i wasn't important during my time in the store. Nobody smiled at me. Nobody asked me how my day was going.

I have made my decision based on the customer service which was very poor that I unfortunately won't be going back to that store. I will continue shopping at Pet Value and Walmart.

Always a great experience. Staff always greet me warmly and are happy to help with any question. Easily the best pet food store for miles. Even better, the Red Deer store is exactly the same.

It was an awesome place to visit!
I was able to get Canadian Naturals kitten food there and open up a points account. Im very please with how the young lady there Samantha treated me there!
I will continue to by my kittens there food there..
