Just bought a used car off of them!

I would give them 5 stars but the only thing is they said my car was detailed, doesn’t look like it. Especially when they’re charging you $700 for their grand care package for bad warranty 3 months/3000 km, a tank of gas and detailed “they get everything even things you can’t see” yeah I could see that. There were some brown marks/stairs in very easy to see places at the top of the interior as well as what looks to be some slimy substance in the latch to my spare. So I question if they even did the detailing cause if they did that’s a horrible job. In my opinion defiantly not worth $700 I’d take that and get a tank of gas/detailed from somewhere else myself.

Another thing I hated was how they pestered me through the weeks to come in as I’m a university student but that’s expected with dealerships. The only time they had time for me was when they were trying to sell me the car telling me the process normally only takes people a day or a few but once we started the process I found myself waiting in their waiting area for more than I wanted to keeping me at the dealership for hours through the days

Other than that they’re very good at mitigating situations. There was some miscommunication at times which caused some frustration but our circumstances were different they still handled it very well and to the best of their ability. CLARIFY / SPECIFY EVERYTHING WITH THEM, like when they say the cars ready they mean the car itself not ready for you to take which would’ve been nice specified as it was a half hour drive to the dealership for me which ended up with me again waiting and now disappointed when I was excited thinking otherwise and I’ll reiterate *I’m a student so time is valuable.

They said if I came back with any reasonable issues they’ll handle it so see how that goes. When they did take the time to talk to me I appreciated some of their efforts as they tried to make me very comfortable and confident about my decision as I tried to be very diligent with them and I wouldn’t have gotten my car without them so I really appreciate them for that.

I hope to see no other issues down the road as some of the other reviews mention.

I would like to say thank you to everyone who helped us with our purchase. From start to finish when we finalized the deal it was an awesome experience. No pressure, never felt rushed, always had time to answer all questions, a pleasure to deal with. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to give them a chance. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Worst dealer we have ever tried to deal with. My wife stopped here to look at a Vw Atlas. Went in to talk to a salesman. The manager helped her. Came up with a payment on the vehicle and right away wanted her to sign and give a deposit then go to finance. She then called me to ask what I thought. My first question was what was the Intrest %. They would not tell her. I got on the phone with the manager Fahd Najmeddine and asked him. Again he would not tell me. Kept telling me he didn’t know it. I kept asking if u don’t know it how did u give a payment amount. He was getting very aggravated with me. I asked if she gives a deposit on it and then goes to fianace office and she doesn’t like the Interest rate and doesn’t wanna buy the vehicle any more what happens with her deposit. Well they keep it. Later that night I get ahold of the manager to try and figure this out more. Again would not tell me the rate. Finally got the financed amount from him and how
Much $ in Intrest it would be. I then reverse calculated it and came out to 13.3% with a 800 credit score. 13.3% no wonder he wouldn’t tell me. Stay farrr away from this shady place of business. We ended up buying a lower km more loaded atlas from don Wheaton. They were amazing to deal with. And told us the rate up front.
