I brought my rarely used , brand new bike there that I bought else where as it kept getting a flat tire. What the tech diagnosed were several part installed incorrectly, plus defected parts on my bike. They are very professional and are bike and bike equipment experts. Paula is friendly and knowledgeable as is the gentleman that works with her. When I comes to purchasing a new bike or referring a family or friend to a bike shop for maintenance check ups, used or new purchases, the Goderich Bike shop is where I will recommend for them to go.

I was on the Guelph to Goderich bike trail and encountered tire issues. I needed quick service so that I could re-join my group the next day for the return ride to Guelph. The staff at Goderich Bike Shop were very accommodating, offering immediate emergency service and I was able to be back on the road in about one hour. Thank you!

I went to Goderich Bike Shop on my cycle tour and I could not have had a better experience. Brendan was super knowledgeable and helpful and took time from his busy day to fix my tire and tune up my bike so it was in great shape on my ride home. Would highly recommend to anyone needing to get their bike serviced.

There are three bike shops i have used in Goderich, this one was surely a shock to my system.
Being a single dad, with two cars, you might find it surprising that my main transportation in town in an electric bike.
That's why when I got a flat tire I quickly ran to Canadian Tire to get a new tube. I quickly realized that replacing a tube in a e-bike was different then a regular bike and decided to take it to the experts.
Over the phone they told me it was $50, but since I had already purchased the $15 tube it would be lower. I agreed to the price and 5 days later went to pick up my bike.
It was a little shocking that the final price was $75 for a tube change, but I did agree to their terms so I guess that one is one me.
The part that I find upsetting though was that once out of the store the gears no longer worked. No one had though to see if the bike was ride able after an $75 tube changed? Really. I went back in to the store and asked about it, and they said it needed a gear adjustment for an additional price.
I refused and brought the bike home to see the gears had been disconnected, probably when the tire was off. I was easily able to reconnect the gears. The very gears they wanted another fee to look at when they disconnected them.
Anyways, there are other bike guys in town. I recommend using them if your local.

Excellent top notch bike shop!! Paula and Brendan do an excellent job and are very helpful and definitely go out of their way to take care of their customers! I come from Toronto to get my E-Bike serviced there and I wouldn't ever take it anywhere else! I highly recommend!!

Bought a bike from Brendan this summer. The bike had a manufacturing issue which became apparent after a few rides, which I flagged to Brendan, and he and his team quickly jumped on fixing it.

Although the manufacturer wasn’t super helpful, Brendan went ahead and fixed the bike, and added some upgrades for my troubles. He didn’t have to go over and above to do that of course, but it shows you how much he cares.

Also gave me some great tips and tricks - you can tell he knows his stuff! If you’re looking for a bike, don’t waste your money at the big box stores. Shop local, and you’ll see the difference with locals that care!

Brought my bike in with a flat and Brendan was able to fix it right away! I even asked for a tutorial so I'd know how to replace my own tube should I get a flat while in the middle of a ride. He was so kind and agreed to show me step-by-step how to do it! Great shop and awesome people! Highly recommend.

It’s great having a local shop with excellent service and great products. They helped me replace my crankset and peddles and the parts were a great value and very nice quality. They also offered me some great advice. I’ll definitely be back for any bicycle needs!
