Disappointed to say the least, i feel like they tried to take advantage of my me. I took my vehicle in for an oil change last Friday, it was taking way longer than it should have so I called. I was informed my trailing arms were shot and needed to be replaced for anywhere between 1150 and 3000 dollars. This seemed odd as nothing was happening with my car at all. I decided to take it to another shop my family deals with about 1.5 hours away.. only to find out NOTHING is wrong with my trailing arms at all.

My wife and I just purchased a 2024 Toyota Rav4 from Goderich Toyota. Alex was great to deal with. No sales pressure at all, and listened to every question we had and answered them. When our new vehicle arrived 6 weeks after, Alex went through all the features and how all the buttons and functions worked and spent at least an hour with us doing so! We found Alex Patrenko who just sold us our new Toyota Corolla Cross 2024 model most helpful, knowledgeable on the product and most important, he has a very pleasant manner and is easy to deal with. He was most helpful and patient with us (moving from a base model 2010 Toyota Yaris) to explain the new electronic wizardry that we now have to enjoy!
