Me and my other two friends bought 3 mattress all together, on 5th march for $520 including delivery.

Yesterday 11 Feb we got the bed frame from IKEA, I have not used the mattress at all as I was waiting for the frame. Until tomorrow I removed the plastic wrap as I got the frame. When I was putting the mattress protector on from side I felt a hole and I checked it was torn off from the first side, then I checked the other side and out of 4 sides 3 was torn in mine and I told my friends to check theirs and other two was also damaged the same way.

You can see the plastic wrap in the photos like we just unwrapped that thing.

Today when we called the guy to check what can be done.

THE PERSON TALKING WAS NOT AT ALL ACCEPTING THE FACT THAT IS WAS DAMAGED TO START WITH. And was very rude even after we send him the videos and photos through WhatsApp.

To start with he told you can use it still for 10 years it’s just the stitches came off from side still you can use it. I am a student who paid $173 something for this just to get it damaged and have to accept that and moved on because you can still sleep on that.

After some heated arguments he told me to drop it to him 3 mattresses he will repair and then I will get it back in this I have to take care of delivery part because he is RUNNING BUSINESS and he gave free delivery and discount, which was not informed to us that time.

PLEASE DON’T TRUST THIS PLACE,

ALSO, LET ME KNOW I GOT SOME DOCTORS WHICH CAN SURELY HELP YOUR HEALTH WITH GUARANTY UNLIKE YOUR MATTERS AND SERVICE. BECAUSE THE ONE YOU ARE RECOMMENDING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS IS NOT HELPING YOU AT ALL.

Absolutely horrible experience. The mattress quality is terrible—cheap materials that start sagging within weeks. Their customer service is even worse: unresponsive, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Feels like they’re just out to take your money and disappear. Avoid this company at all costs.

The customer service was splendid, they are very polite, took time to explain different qualities of mattresses based on my special needs as I have severe back pain issues. Bought 3 new mattress from king mattress and i found it like this on every one of them and the company said it comes like that not a big deal as they are least concerned ; they provided free delivery service that was good yet not ready for pickup or providing any other solution for me other than bringing that mattress at the store for repairs as i paid for new one not a torn mattress which needs to be repaired. The customer service is terrible as the guy on our phone was not ready to listen to me he was constantly rude and cuts off the call when we asked to provide a solution. Won’t recommend anyone for such poor customer service and bad product. Please don’t reply to me if you haven’t got any solution and if you want to just yap like you did on the call.

I bought mattress from them….on 7th day it got deep from mid…I will not recommend to buy mattress from them…they just soldddd the mattress that’s it..no responsibilities…Bad experience
