I've been coming to this particular store for 20 years or so and while never having had a bad experience, I've never had such a good experience that it was worth writing a review about.

I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with MICHAEL S (I will leave his last name out for privacy reasons)
Michael was, without a doubt, the most helpful person I've ever dealt with at any Golf town... ever.

I just want to point out that before he checked anything for me, I told him that I wouldn't be buying anything that day and he still did it with a smile on his face and thanked me for coming in when we were done.
Not only did he know his stuff, but I asked him to check quite a few things in the back for me and he gladly did so, whereas, from my previous experience) most people would get annoyed.

Michael is definitely the type of guy that all locations want working for them. If I was a manager, I would give this guy a raise or promotion just to make sure he doesn't go anywhere. Losing Michael as an employee would be a big hit to any company.
It was such a good experience that after I left I called my wife to tell her about how good of an experience I had. I even called a two of my friends to ask if they have ever dealt with him before. One of them had dealt with him before and said he was fantastic. I was truly surprised and extremely happy at the level of service. This was the kind of experience that would make me come back to this location over others.
He is, by far, the best employee I have ever dealt with at any Golf town. You're lucky to have him.

I would like to share the awesome experience I had buying a new driver from Golf Town in Woodbridge.

I never got the gentleman's name, but his Employee code is "7782".
He was awesome to deal with, he brought over a few different options of drivers for me to test out in the simulator, he adjusted each driver that I was testing to make sure I was 100% satisfied and comfortable with the club.

I went in there hoping to purchase a Ping G430 10k Max Stiff flex, ended up leaving the store with a Taylormade Qi10 LS Stiff .

I am 100% happy with my purchase, and 100% happy with the customer service that I had received !

As soon as a customer left, the staff immediately began bad-mouthing them in front of other customers. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour and reflects a serious lack of respect for all customers.

This kind of conduct suggests a deeper issue with the management and the culture they've allowed to grow. Maybe spend less time gossiping and more time working, you’d actually learn some professionalism.

I would strongly recommend others to think twice before supporting this location.

I came in today at 12pm on October 6, 2024. I'm looking for a 60 wedge and the man who greeted me at the front door had absolutely no interest or love for the game. He made it painfully obvious that I was a burden in his store and that I was stupid while explaining my wedge set up. Sorry guys. I know this is a retail space and you need to hire with a payroll budget in mind. Atleast a pro on a Sunday afternoon staffing these guys, you never know who might be walking through that front door.

This GolfTown is really nice and rarely busy! Always stocked up on all their products. Also the Golf-Tec is really convenient addition also that allows you to get custom fitting as well as 1-on-1 golf lessons/swing coaching etc.

Best Golftown around! Jesse runs a great ship here. Jack is awesome when he’s in the shop, studio x level talent. Great help from Mitch and brittnei too. Definitely the best Golftown in Ontario!!
