I had an issue with my oven locking up after self cleaning. DIY online information pointed to many possible issues. Gordon came in and fixed it in 15 minutes. Gordon's Appliance Repair is the best call to make.

I highly recommend Gordon’s Appliance Repair. He returned my initial call very quickly and was in to complete the service for our old Kenmore dryer just two days later. I also really appreciate that he had no problem wearing a mask for the duration of his time in our home. Very friendly and a fair price!

The gentleman returned the first phone call I made to him, asked me to call back with information he needed (which I did), then never returned my calls again. If he is trying to run a business, his customer service needs to be improved GREATLY. Being that he may be the only local repair man in the area, perhaps he can get away with poor customer service... that shouldn't be an excuse. If you have repairs to be made and need them in a timely manner, do NOT call this company. You'd be better off hiring the gentleman in Vegreville.

It is the second time I used his service. 5 years ago, He couldn't fix the fridge and it cost me about 300$ for no change at all on my fridge. I bought a new fridge and now some water are pooring in the front of the ice maker, i called him again thinking the other fridge was really old , but he might be good with the new one. Guess what He couldn’t fix it either. It cost me 400$ for northing. I called him back asking well what you will do to. Are you coming back or something and he gave me the answer that he doesn’t know what’s going on with the fridge and pretty much it is my problem, as there is nothing else he could do. He looks to me as very lazy kinda of man. Take someone else to fix your fridge unless you want to throw money away.

Absolute worst service I’ve ever seen. Takes care of Samsung warranty. First time I had issues took him over a month to come and fix. Same machine had problems a year later. First time he came after waiting 2 weeks he ordered the wrong pump. Called him agin 2 weeks later to see when the right size pump would be in and he said it showed up damaged. After waiting another 2 weeks he won’t answer my calls and gets the receptionist to screen my calls. I’m finally sick of dealing with him so I’m going to go buy a new washing machine. Not to mention he sat on the new dryer trying to fix the washer and caved in and dented the top. Please save yourself the time and use someone else.

It took a week or so for them to get to me but they are the only repair place in cold lake. The man that came to fix was great. He ordered the part and had it fixed and its working great!
