Bought a 2021 Chev Silverado from the Smokey Lake store. Amy and the staff were great to deal with. I was able to deal over the phone before driving up to see it. The truck was everything they said it was and the transaction went smoothly. I was not disappointed. Easier than any purchase I have made at a big city dealership hands down. Very friendly and professional. Was worth the trip for the experience.

I brought my vehicle in for service work on recalls for my vehicle.. Carol was an excellent ambassador for the dealership. When I picked up my vehicle, she was very professional and friendly. She explained the work done and asked if I had any questions. She made the experience of picking up my truck awesome. The very next day Rayann called to see how everything was with my truck. She was also great to speak with.

I have a RAM truck that would not start. I called the chevy dealership in Smoky Lake to see if they would be able to look at the truck to find out the problem. Carol at the service desk scheduled it to be looked at the next day. The technician found the problem, the part was ordered, and a loaner vehicle was provided. The truck was fixed within the next few days. Thank you for the fast service from your friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Can't say anything worse about this joke of an operation. 2+ hours a for an oil change. Changed my cabin and engine oil filter without asking me. $270 for oil change. 500% mark up on filters. These guys are terrible.

Excellent customer service! Was in a bind and needed a quick fix. They dropped what they were doing to help me and i was on my way in minutes. The ladies at the service desk were extremely friendly and the mechanic that helped me was genuinely caring and professional.

We brought our truck in for some work. It was going to take a bit so we walked down the way and stopped for lunch. When we went to pay the waitress said the couple at the table that had just left (Grant) had paid for our meal. It was unexpected and a kind gesture that may seem small but shows the generosity and extraordinary service that causes them to stand above the rest.

Great people who will go the extra 100 miles for you! Treated with dignity and respect from the very start to end.
