The employees and owners are VERY knowledgeable, friendly and readily available. The prices are great for the quality of product. Received complimentary product by owner without urging and good stuff too. Received quick and thoughtful servicing for a small concern. This establishment were not only able to procure what i wanted for an item of high demand and low supply, where other companies couldn't; But, held the items without any payment until i was able rearrange my schedule, to make the 6 hour journey into unfamiliar country to make payment after looking over the items. Great Lakes staff also told me detailed info of many amazing places to kayak near by that helped us find the places we wanted to go to most and helped create memories of a lifetime for me and my wife. If i could give a higher score i would. I couldn't recommend this place enough. It is amazing from the people to the product to the memories made. (first time commentator on any product)

Always an awesome experience.
Staff is knowledgeable and excellent with customer service. They carry an array of excellent brands too for clothing and outdoor apparel: Just to name a few Kuhl, Outdoor Research, North face, Columbia , Keen , Baffin, Darn tough, Merrell, Sorel, Choko, MSR, GV, Osprey etc.....
Fishing gear galore, Camping, Hiking, Backpacking equipment, kayaks , Conoes , Paddle boards , Garmin, Nebo, Stanley etc . What's even more great is if they don't have something in stock they can special order, their warranties are great as well !

I was looking for places that sold crampons or other anti-slip products and Outfitter's was the only place I found. I needed them to make it safer for me when shoveling my driveway as it can get quite icy and I'm not disappointed for the lower quality pair I only paid $30 and they work perfectly.

Great service and very friendly staff. Today Davin took care of us and was very knowledgeable with the product he sold me.The staff was very knowledgeable on the process type of fishing I wanted to carry out and made the appropriate suggestions. and had a very good selection of stock. My wife and I will definitely be returning.for and future sporting good purchases.

Great little store with tons of outdoor stuff, clothes & equipment. However I was looking for some leather bindings and they didnt have em. For sure I thought this would be the place.
