Absolutely the worst dispensary experience I've ever had.

Me and my buddy bought a blunt and a dab cart from this shop, went to a nearby alley to smoke blunt — only to find out it was completely EMPTY inside. Only a white tag ting inside for moisture purpose. We went back to the store immediately (around 10:25pm) and BOTH cashiers behind the counter told us they couldn’t do a refund or exchange because the “owner” or manager wasn’t there.
We ended up buying another of the same blunt, opened it right there in the shop — and guess what? That one actually had product inside. So clearly something went wrong the first time. Whether it was a scam from the employees or a manufacturing issue, I don’t know. But either way, we left our number and were promised a call back in 4 days. It’s been longer now — no call, no follow-up, nothing.
This place has terrible refund and return policies, completely unhelpful staff, and clearly no interest in making things right for their customers. If you don’t want to get scammed out of your money (like we did for $12), stay far away.
Never coming back, and I strongly advise you don’t either.

Lydia is amazing to deal with, super friendly, and very knowledgeable of the different strains available. She took the time to look up terpenes with me, and make sure we left happy with our products. Highly recommend the greenery for all of your cannabis needs! Thank you again Lydia

Super friendly staff, they were really nice to talk to. BEST OF ALL! They are pet friendly. So on a hot day, if u got your pet with you and u need to pick up on the way home, bring them in and away you go <3

I had an awful experience there today. I walked in and was greeted by a young lady with a super condescending vibe. It almost felt like they were doing me a favour by allowing me to be their customer. Oh well, if this dispensary has too many customers to handle i’ll just go somewhere else. I did; and you should too.

I bought a vape, got almost to downtown and it was defective. Turned around and made it back within 15mins of purchasing it. The guy inside let me know his manager wasn't there and wouldn't be in until Monday. Sorry, I'm not authorized to do anothing' I insisted he call his manager who insisted he try and himself, after already watching me test it. The manager was rude and the guy behind the counter was absolutely incapable of anything helpful. Worst and most insulting experience at a weed store. I highly recommend heading up the street to the one on the hwy and McCcurdy or anywhere else. Terrible customer service.

Clearly there is 2 ladies who are major problems here
They have anger issues
( should call them kids not ladies for their immaturity)

They have no sense of humor and can't take a joke

They asked me for I.D
And i said sure
" but first try and guess my age "
I said it with a humorous funny tone 🤣
I've been in customer service for 15 years So this line is a good one to break the ice

They reacted with a cold stare ... and boldly said NO

I said " why so serious!? cmon now just 1 guess "
There was 3 ladies in
I said
" ok well if you don't want to , what about one of your other colleagues? "

She said " you need to leave ! I'm phoning the Police "

I said " for what !"
She said " for loitering "

It's a compliment when people ask for I.D

Like really Folks this is no way to treat customers
I came in with a good mood , happy and content . I left feeling Angry ,Frustrated and dissatisfied that they made me " feel " like a criminal
Especially with other customers around

I asked for the Managers / Owners name on the way out and she would not tell me she responded
" the police are on their way "

I said Good . " I'll stand here and wait "

These people should not be in a customer service facing roll
They should get a job and McDonald's or Walmart . After a few years Build the customer service experience enough to be able to run a boutique shop like this
But as of now these staff DO NOT have the customer service skills to run a business 🙄 !

Your Store prides itself on being the Cheapest prices in town ... but yet you treat your customers like this

These 3 Ladies are going to Run this Business to the ground

I believe one of the Ladies was the Manager
She should be ashamed of herself
The owner of the business needs to see this
Clearly this is to much for the " so called manager to handle "

If you can't handle a simple joke and everything else customer service throws at you than you shouldn't be in that role!

Give me a reasonable reason to come back!

Had 3 amazing girls help me out today. Top notch. However it's very disappointing that management doesn't allow a tip option on their POS terminal. In a society where card is king and cash isn't always on hand, it sure would be nice to show a little appreciation to them. I mean everywhere else in the world has it......

I do not say this lightly but this is genuinely one of my favourite dispensaries in Kelowna. They have a huge selection, including one of the biggest selections of pre-rolls and concentrates I've seen. The staff are so beyond knowledgeable and friendly and are always offering suggestions, which I really appreciate. Would definitely recommend it here!
