I first made an appt to do some in-store shopping in late January. I got a confirmation email of the appt. When I arrived, the owner was surprised to see me. Said her website was acting up and not notifying her of appts. Nonetheless, she did allow me to shop at that time. Being in there, I saw some pieces that I would have liked to purchase but had not been fired yet to become bisque, so the owner explained that I could order on the website and the order would be ready in two weeks most of the time, occasionally 3 weeks depending on the temperature outside that causes a slower drying process.
I placed an order on the website on January 28th. I received an email from the owner acknowledging my order and how we could talk about other pieces I was curious about when I pick my order up.
3 weeks and 2 days later (Feb. 20th) I sent an email asking for an update on my order. Feb 24th I received a response that she had been out of the province for a week and would be finishing my order that week and would email me when complete. I gave grace and understanding and waited to receive the email by the end of the week. Yesterday I sent another email asking about my order as it should have been done last week. Today is 5 weeks since I placed the order, and I have yet to receive any communication. I had a gathering planned for tomorrow that I’ve now had to cancel last minute due to not having these pieces. I planned this for 3 weeks after (or 2 weeks after if drying time had been affected) the order should have been complete, giving enough time to ensure I’d have the pieces, or so I thought. The lack of communication and having the order ready has me very disappointed.

I found the owner to be a very, very ignorant lady. Willing to take my money and not answer my questions. So unprofessional. Never again will I be back.
