OMG..... best ever store manager in Rhonda. Last fall, I had an issue with a BGE warrantied part. It was coverred but shipping was going to be expensive. I had hopped that it could come up with a family member passing through, that had not yet occured. As she put her order through she noticed my part was still there and had the vendor add it to her order for shipping. ALL without me having to do anything. This lady knows what customer service is!!!!

Went into the store looking for outdoor planting stuff. The garden center was tidy, organized and well stocked. I don't know much about gardening and was assisted by a store associate Nancy. She was so helpful, knowledgeable, and hilariously funny. She definitely made my shopping experience a delight. Would definitely recommended this store. Give Nancy a raise! She deserves it.

I married a painter. So what can I say, I love changing my interior colours and Tasha in Paint Dept is excellent with helping me in all of my many missions! Always willing to help, patient (with me this speaks in volume), kind, and knowledgeable! I recently brought in the most difficult paint type from elsewhere to be matched and she nailed it by thinking outside of the box! And the item she helped me choose was by far better than the previous elsewhere product! I know this store is blessed to have Tasha as I always notice she is multitasking and doing several jobs at once! Thanks again for all of your help Tasha! - The red wine patio and random purchase turquoise living room lady!

Very helpful staff member took me around store to show me what kind of lanterns or lights were available. I was preparing for Hurricane Fiona and needed something in case power went out. They even went for D batteries to show me the light intensity. The best assistance I've ever received in Home Hardware....any location. 😄👍👍👍👍👍👍

Real nice folks work there. The staff are always super helpful. Wife says they are very accommodating and explain things that any person can understand.
This place owns the Kingston store too.
