I visited the physical store this past weekend and the selection inside is incredible. The staff members are also super friendly and helpful.

The one thing to keep in mind is that the system is a little finicky when it comes to loyalty points/store credit/discount codes. It can be a little confusing as to what can be applied when or combined with each other.

I recommend calling the store to get confirmation and an explanation. They're all just as helpful and friendly on the phone as they are in person and are excellent at explaining how those 3 price modifiers work with each other and what your options are when ordering online vs in-store.

Hoping to personally make transactions smoother for them all with my better understanding because I'll be purchasing and selling to them pretty regularly from now on!

GT Games was a pleasure to order from.

I came across a few Magic cards I wanted to purchase and two of the links acted weird and wouldn't let me add the items to the cart. I gave the store a call and it was a glitch in the system that they encountered before. While on the phone, the employee managed to fix up the link and I was able to order all of the items in the same shipment.

I live over in Ottawa and I'll definitely be checking out the physical store in the near future!

Packaged very well with lots of bubble wrap, arrived sooner than expected so that's nice.
Also got a alternate art card so I'm very happy with the entire experience!
ALSO GT Games was the cheapest around so it was a triple win for me!

Shipped me a DR booster box that had a massive rip in the seal. Emailed the store twice and no one responded. Had to follow up with a call for them to find the email and picture I sent. Manager said it was a factory defect. As a customer looking to keep sealed products, this is not very good. They shouldn’t be shipping something like this out.
You would expect better quality control when packaging for customers.

They offered to replace it but I would have to drive to them or pay to ship it back. Unfortunately it wasn’t worth my time or money for this.

Not just an amazing shop but honest and fun which is why we keep coming back. They are all always great with our kiddos and helpful with us. We feel welcomed and well taken care of every time we come. These guys love the cards but they also appreciate and take care of their customers.

Positive experience. They had a few magic cards other online Canadian retailers did not have so I placed an order. Although I was not sent a notification, I was in the area so I dropped by to see if my order was ready. They were obviously very busy working on other orders but they fulfilled mine on the spot even though I would've been ok to come back later. I'm looking forward to my next order.

I went to a pre release event at this card shop. Everyone was friendly, but the event was run very poorly. Online when you purchase tickets it said they were $30. When you checkout they’re actually $40. They said it would be 3 rounds of Swiss, but when we got there they decided to do 6 rounds. When round 5 ended they decided they wouldn’t do round 6 after all. It was very chaotic and they kept changing things. It was very unprofessional and frustrating. You can’t tell people it’s 3 rounds for $30 and charge them $40 and then only play 5 rounds when you decided 6 somehow day of? Crazy place.

We went to GT Games for the first time this weekend. Great selection of Lorcana cards (what we went in for) as well as a ton of other products. You could tell there were regulars chatting amongst themselves and with the staff. Even though we were new, the employee who helped us behind the cash was super friendly and informative, opened a new box up to get us a single pack of cards we wanted to buy and even explained some of the video game cartridges in the display, bringing out old consoles to show to and explain to the kids. They didn't make our kids feel like they were pestering or wasting their time, eager to share and smiling the entire time. We felt right at home and will definitely be back! Thanks for a great visit and fantastic service!

Took my huge retro game lot in for trade today and got pretty close to asking price. He price matched all my games for me a gave me a reasonable quote. And Cash instantly. Highly recommend. 5 stars great service.
