Staff completely rude. Felt like I was treated like a NOBODY. I bought a Christmas gift there, the cashier didn't even make eye contact say hello or thank you good bye. Then I had to return that gift yesterday. I was haggald to why I'm returning it and also about the digits on my interact flash match my debit. She made the whole lineup huge wasted everyone's time. Never again going back to this store. Hire some competent employees Guess cause you lost my business!!

One of the girls there just doesn't understand how it works. This girl especially keeps standing behind customers, making a mad face why they are touching or picking clothes to look at. And also she just runs to you to prevent you from looking into sizes while they are piled up and you have to literally touch them to see the sizes all the way down the pile. You need to learn how to respect and help customers in "Canada."

She even yelled at her coworker just to prevent my dad to look through the clothes so she doesn’t have to fold them again but my dad even folded them for her. My dad didn’t even bother her cause she was busy folding clothes. Also, she obviously saw my dad struggling to grab a sweater cause it was too high why didn’t she went there to help him. She just made a scene by yelling at her coworker. She should talk to people with respect. Im very disappointed cause i think highly of this brand and she was being unprofessional. THEY SHOULD NOT TOLERATE THIS KIND OF ATTITUDE. BE RESPECTFUL AND KIND AT ALL TIMES.

I had a terrible experience at the GUESS store in Vaughan Mills. The manager, Janette, was extremely rude and ignored me when I asked about prices. When I requested her name, she refused, claiming she wasn’t allowed to provide it. As I left, she followed me and confronted me, asking why I wanted her name. I eventually got her name at the cash register. Her behavior and customer service are unacceptable, especially for someone in a managerial position.

If I had the option to give negative points, I would definitely do so! If a manager behaves like this, what can her associates possibly learn from her? Her attitude and customer service are completely unacceptable, especially for someone in a leadership role.

I had a disappointing experience during my visit. When I asked a staff member for assistance, she pointed in a general direction without offering clear guidance. When I reached the corner she indicated, it turned out to be the wrong place. It felt like she was more interested in getting me out of her way than genuinely helping.

There were no greetings or friendly interactions from the staff. Unfortunately, the cashier was no different—no greeting, no effort to assist, just stood there waiting for me to speak first instead of offering any kind of customer service. The overall lack of professionalism and courtesy made for a frustrating visit.

I was at this store a couple days ago and had a very disappointing experience. The staff were super rude and racist towards us. They treated us with absolute disrespect and were very unprofessional. They didn't even bother with the costumer service part as we were clearly buying a few items and needed assistance, but the staff were too busy gossiping together and watching us like hawks instead. I just wonder what they were judging us on. I'm a regular Guess costumer and has never been so unsatisfied and uncomfortable with any visits at other stores.
