Went in looking to get a name embroidered on a shirt for one of our staff and the ladies there were super helpful. Even though it was a small job, they made me feel like our business was important to them! Will be back!

Went into the store yesterday looking for a certain size of anything and I asked the staff what they had in the size I was looking for and she told me that I would have to look for it. She and her co-worker were busy chatting it up at the till , the store was quite, it just opened. She did not offer to help me at all or her co-worker. I thought it was a store that you could find work clothes that would fit , but it is turning into a fashion store, and the staff does not help the working man at all , they are too busy chatting it up and catering to people who are in there for the latest fashions. NOT A WORKING MANS STORE. Very disappointed, I guess I’ll keep shopping at Marks, because I will never set foot in your store again.

Our family loves Hartty clothing. They have been our first stop for winter foot wear for the whole family for years and it’s so great to be able to find clothing and work wear for all of us in one place all year.

very disappointed in this stores exchange policy. purchased multiple items...size was wrong on one item.
wished to exchange size only. did not ask for refund.as it was a gift for out of town I was informed 14 days only to exchange . I could not get it back in time for 14 day time limit. clerk was rude. stated 'yep thats our policy. she could care less. so I'm stuck with this item that dosnt fit anyone and all I wanted to do was exchange a size.can't see how that would hurt a store . I will not be shopping there again. and they say shop local!!! pfffff!!!

I love this store! And the service is always above and beyond what one would expect. The selection is great and so is a size range and if they don't have what you need they can order it in.

Went into Hartty Clothing to browse and left with a jacket and boots! There is so much to choose from and the staff were really helpful and patient with me while I decided. I definitely recommend this store and will be going back!
