I bought two of these pillows, one for me and another as a gift, but the person didn't want it. I tried one for several months and it didn't live up to claims. It was hard and noisy and I still had neck pain. I emailed and asked how I could return the unopened, unused one for a refund. I was told to mail it back and indicate how I had paid. I asked if there was a store where I could drop it off if I was in the area, no reply. I paid $35 to ship it back. I received an email that it had been 30 days since my purchase and I would not receive a refund. I was very angry. The return policy was not reiterated to me when I asked about returning it. They have an unopened, unused pillow to resell, so will get double the price and they will not refund my money. I told her, Elizabeth , that i spent $35 to return it, I also said any decent human being would refund my money, no reply.I had no further reply. I do not recommend doing business with this company. Customer service is terrible and I feel ripped off. You can get the same pillows for half the price on Amazon.

Absolutely love these pillows! I bought them previously at the One of a Kind Show and bought some more this past weekend. I have tried multiple type of pillows before including memory foam (regular and shredded), gel and the standard fill and nothing compares. In switching back I am already noticing that I am sleeping more soundly and getting better rest.

Not satisfied at all. My experience is that all their claims were false. Tried it for 2 weeks, and had a terrible sleep every night. Found pillow was still warm and couldn't get comfortable. Also, even though I put 2 extra pillow cases on it, it was still very loud as I moved around. Lastly, they do not stand by their product as they don't offer a money back guarantee.
