Would leave less than one star if I could, went and purchased a $9.00 McCain cake, only to get it home and have it be so freezer burnt it was inedible (a single bite was taken from the cake). Brought it back and thought this would be a quick fix, either my $9.00 back or $9.00 store credit. Neither! Owner refused - we are regular customers and go multiple times a day sometimes. I couldn't believe it! Way to lose business over $9.00. DO NOT SHOP HERE,awful business management and even worse ethics!

This is so bad grocery store I called here asked about is it opne or not then guy told me yes it opne when we reached the guy didn’t opne door and when he opened door his behaviour was so aggressive which is not acceptable I don’t recommend to visit here. Worst store ever

The guy who work morning he does not have sense who to talk with customer… I asked something from him and his behaviour was so rude he said I don’t know and he abused if there is option to give zero star I will give that one

Firstly and last you mentioned we have lots of foods so we didn’t checked the items of the expiry dates and I can see that there are 6-7 noodles which all got expired
And secondly why we will eat that expiry bread and return the packet to the store again
Improve the service and be responsibility to check all the items when you guys are opening the store every day

They released my Purolator package to a complete stranger without the delivery slip as that was in my possession and you are required to show an ID with the name and address of the recipient along with the delivery slip, the package was a brand new iPhone valued at $1000+. They clearly did not follow proper procedures and had zero remorse when I showed up looking for my package. I was shown video footage that was a complete total stranger - not even a woman it was a man of Indian decent. How did this person know my phone was there? I suspect fraud and I would be very very cautious if your packages are sent to this drop off location. A police report has been filed and they are being investigated.

They are actively participating in defrauding customers through their Purolator pick up center. Customers phones/electronics are given out to people without proper identification and no Purolator delivery slips. Avoid at all costs, this has been reported to the police and many news outlets/BBB.
