Staff was very friendly. My wife left her phone behind in the change room. 20 minutes later we walked past the store front. I don't know if it was just luck, or amazing people, but they ran outside to chase us down and return the phone.

Staff were SO helpful, extremely friendly and approachable, such a fun store with so much diversity and personality! The staff had amazing recommendations and local knowledge well past just their products! Obsessed with their family PJ's like our fur baby was obsessed with their treats 🙂 Keep up the good work beautiful people!

Cute clothes but my least favourite shopping experience in Banff. Very poor customer service , employees weren’t welcoming at all and one of the ladies was very condescending.

The staff in this store is extremely rude and unreasonable! If you are an Asian, you’d better stay away from this store. We stepped into the store and no one greeted us, which is fine with me because maybe the staffs are busy. But when my son touched one of the Easter decorating eggs, the tall long haired woman came to us to stop him touching the egg with very rude attitude. I apologized to her and said he just touched it. The thing is it’s Easter long weekend, every store is celebrating Easter holiday, and kids are part of the celebration. Especially, in this store the eggs are everywhere, it’s hard for little ones not to touch or play with these plastic eggs. That woman was friendly to other customers besides Asian. When I see other kids playing with the eggs, she’s smiling at them. This is ridiculous. I request the store owner or manager investigate this staff, because it’s just not right. Last but not least, hope every kids have a great Easter!

Great little store for the kids and women to visit but do not work for Hatley! The company is poorly run and the staff are over worked and told that their job is more important then , let’s say, getting married!! Or having a personal life at all when leaving and clocking out. They cannot take on ordering in a timely manner, communications skills are lacking. I’m disgusted at the way The owners manage themselves with their employees and put their own jobs on their managers backs. If they can’t do their own job properly, resign or let the next person take that position and let them do a better job. To be pressuring staff with things that do not involve them or giving them tasks they should not be in charge of is sickening. Pay more or close store!

Horrible experience. Was there yesterday the gentleman helping us was great but the attitude and the way we were treated by the female employee we actually put all of our stuff back and left the store. With all the competition in Banff selling the same things you would think they would give better customer service.

Strange to see all the bad reviews, I’m Asian and the staff was great I mainly only interacted with one blonde British cashier, lovely and helpful 🙂
