After exhausting dozens of so-called cigar/tobacco stores, coming to The Havana Room was a breathe of fresh air. Why?! The owner Jonathan takes pride in showcasing some of the world’s finest tobacco products, accessories, provides information and have extensive knowledge to ensure your are having a Premier experience! He is a wealth of knowledge and a true aficionado!

It took only one visit to make me a big fan- I will ONLY be coming here!

I often stop here for snacks when I visit BCL next door. I won't be returning after today. I checked online to see if they were open. It was 550 and they close at 6. So I ran in and couldn't see anyone working for a minute, then noticed the employee busy with a customer in the cigar room. So I decided to check my lottery tickets while I waited. They then came out at 5:55. The employee yelled to me from the counter and said "you can't get lottery. Lottery is closed now. The store is closed. Can't do it." I said, "I've been waiting for 5 minutes and it's only 5:56 according to my phone" He said "I can't. I have to get to my next job". So I walked out. This is not a way to run a business. And he had attitude, not kind at all. I won't be returning and will take my money somewhere else.

This is the best place in kelowna to purchase cigars, walk in humidor with a fantastic selection and a very knowledgeable owner who will help you with a selection of cigars if you aren't familiar.

From the perspective a cigar buyer, this is the best place in town. Best prices by a mile, friendly and helpful service, a regular restocking of cigars in a large walk-in humidor.

I've been buying cigars in Kelowna for a number of years and have tried all the various retailers in town. Now I go exclusively to Havana Room, and there's a reason for that. I feel like they go above and beyond to earn your business.

I purchased a cigar with doubt in my mind as you never know whether or not cigar vendors look after their product. The staff here proudly claimed that they did.
I smoked that cigar and I was very pleased with the quality of the cigar. They really do ensure that the cigars are at the proper temperature and humidity in the humidor.
I went back today and purchased another "Alec Bradley Prensado" to enjoy on my final day in Kelowna ( I'm presently on holidays ).
