We went in to buy a trailer. We had to approach the salesman, which isn't the worst thing in the world I suppose. He was very accommodating to our several viewings. He showed us around the trailer and helped us make our decision. The price was right, and he wasn't pushy. The finance guy was very helpful and friendly as well. Now for the reason they are only getting 4 stars. Now that all the paperwork is signed, they have dropped the ball a little in the communication department. Overall, I would still recommend them. Covid makes things complicated.

After a long year of searching for a used truck at a reasonable price for our farm, it was Heartland that had a truck that fit the bill. Griff Jarvis was the person I dealt with. Now I purchased the vehicle prior to having my own inspection done. Once the inspection was done some minor issues did come up and without hesitation Griff offered to help with cost of repairs. Now remember in Alberta there is no cooling off period like other provinces so he had no obligation to do anything. Regardless of that his integrity dictated they help. This speaks volumes of of Griff and Heartland Wholesale. I recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy dealership. Thank you Griff and the Heartland Team for your great work.

Ryan the sales manager made everything so easy and went above and beyond in helping me feel confident in the vehicle I was buying. Made for a very smooth transition with no pressure at all. RV service was slow and missed doing a key item that my trailer was brought in for. Repair time took 3 weeks longer than promised and when picking up the trailer we wanted to add 5-10 gallons of water (via a hose) to clean out fresh water tank. Staff said we could not sue their shop water hose for this and sent us elsewhere.

It was an ok experience at best but once my friend went at the prescheduled pick up time, there was a long wait for the sales guy to show up to do the walkthrough. He's the one bad drawback in dealing with a mom and pop place in many cases the customer service is lacking.
Oh yes and don't expect to have your propane tanks filled on pickup....their excuse? The propane service station is clear across the city!
It's Fort Saskatchewan were talking about not Montreal!! So for all my 225,000 people who view my posts....save yourself the headache and head somewhere else.
Update! Setting up the trailer at the campsite...I guess their cleaning staff must have been sent home, because the trailer wasn't cleaned at all...and I'm not talking detailed here I'm talking drilled metal shavings left all over the place, terminated stranded copper wire left laying around, bathroom sink left totally filthy. Never had the sewer tote in stock at the time of pick up and promised it was going to be brought out to the trailer today, Monday...it wasn't. But the biggest disappointment was not having the operations of things explained to my friend...not even explaining what key goes to which lock!! Come on guys, this is the first trailer she ever owned, the whole experience has left her somewhat shell shocked. You think after spending thousands at a place the least they could have done was pushed a broom through it. And to think I was looking at the possibility of buying a trailer myself? So instead of 2 sales these guy made one but lost 2 customers.
I started this review off with 3 stars, then because we had to wait so long on pick up day without a real good reason why I dropped it back to 2....now I'm changing it again to 1!
Funny but I've noticed my followers have grown by almost another 10%. So everyone, I hope you don't have the same experience as my friend if you choose these guys...but I wouldn't hold my breath!!

Colin went above and behind tracking down and oddball replacement part for my truck camper. Provided me with a detailed quote over email in a timely fashion. Would recommend to family and friends.
