Amazing service. My boyfriend and I went in there looking for something to help him bulk (fast metabolism). The gentleman working was kind and informative. We picked up protein powder and bf loves it! We were going to buy a protein cookie and gentleman gave it to us for free 💜

I went into Herc’s for some electrolyte powder for my water when i ride my bike on long rides. I specifically asked for one that had no added sugar in it. I was told that Skratch Labs electrolyte powder “is not sweet”, the employee stated. I took this to mean it had what i needed so I bought some. It was 30 bucks. I tried it, very nice flavour. I got looking at the nutrition facts later that evening, and found that there’s 19g of sugar per scoop, and the first ingredient is sugar (the ingredient with the highest weight is always listed first). There is 22g in a scoop
.. so i’ve been consuming mostly sugar with this, which makes me feel crappy, and I get a sugar crash later.

I am less than impressed. I’ve used a couple scoops between my fiancĂ© and I, so doubtful I can get my money back, but I was mainly just surprised at how wrong this employee steered me. Not sure if i will be going there again.

Edit: the owner Geoff resolved my concerns and exchanged my product. Excellent service!! Thank you Geoff!!!

Employee tried to charge me 90 dollers for 1000g of creatine which is 59.99 and tried to charge me 74.99 for protein which is only 54.99 on hercs website. I then called and ask for owners number and he refused to give me it. Horrible customer service.

Super pleasant experience coming to this store. The lady working there was extremely helpful and had great suggestions. I love the selection of protein bars (I bought a ton of Grenade). I was amazed to find a much better selection than another store that shall not be named.

Could not be more pleased with my experience at this store. Owner Geoff was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions with ease. It was my first time here but I will be back for all my fitness and nutrition needs in the future!
