First thing I am mad about if that I got told I can bring my cartridges back anytime if they clog or don't work, no one told me 7 days even though it is "written" idgaf if it written, the person working should clearly have mentioned within 7 days as well. On a side note this is more for the customer service I received. Like any other great store, comes with great customer service in the beginning but has now declined with rude people working there now. Also managers who will laugh at you for no reason. The British or Australian sounding dude was on video chat with the manager and he laid the phone flat and I could see the manager laughing at me and then tries to hide that he is laughing at me. Sucks cause I know who it is and you are usually nice but I guess that is just the face you put on in public

Overall I had a great buying experience, the store was clean and tidy and the employees are all very helpful and friendly, especially Harry who gave me good advice and helped me choose the right products for me. I will definitely be coming back for my future purchases.

I just wanna give you guys 5 stars because you're the Best Weed Delivery Dispensary in Ottawa for cannabis loving new moms, since we apparently can bring our babies into the LCBO, but not the cannabis dispensaries (make it make sense lol). So thank you for delivering and making mat leave a little less boring!

My recent trip to High Ties was marred by the unprofessional behavior and incompetence of the manager on duty, his name was Justin. It's disheartening to see how a single individual can single-handedly tarnish the reputation of an entire establishment. From the get-go, the manager displayed a complete lack of customer service skills. I had consistently bad interactions with Justin and Paul. When I attempted to ask questions about the products or seek recommendations, I was met with dismissive responses and an overall lack of helpfulness. It's astonishing that someone in a customer-facing role could be so indifferent to the needs and inquiries of those they are supposed to help. To make matters worse, the employee's impatience was palpable. It's as if they were annoyed by the very idea of assisting customers. This type of behavior is not only unprofessional but downright disrespectful. l left HIGH TIES feeling frustrated, disrespected, and completely unsatisfied with the level of service I received. A dispensary is only as good as its staff, and with individuals like this on the front lines, it's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority. It's frustrating that I have to write this review when I have nothing but good interactions with the other employees like Zack, Mario and Nick. They are always helpful and respectful towards my wife and I. It's clear it's management and ownership at fault, spend your money elsewhere. In conclusion, I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of HIGH TIES until they address the management issues. A dispensary is only as good as its leadership, and unfortunately, this one falls far short of acceptable standards. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment – find a dispensary with competent and customer-focused management. I strongly advise potential customers to explore other options in the area. There are countless dispensaries with staff who genuinely value their customers and understand the importance of providing a positive and respectful experience

Also to the customer support who going to respond to this message with an automatic message. No matter what you say, The selection of products was abysmal. I expected a wide variety of strains and products, but it looked like they were scraping the bottom of the barrel. The quality of the cannabis was questionable at best, and the prices were outrageous for what you were getting. It's like they're trying to rip off their customers. Be better.

Don't know if it's neglect or just 0 customer appreciation but for the last few purchases, it's been dried out, old, moldy weed which would probably explain the mold smell in the shop. I specifically asked for a newer dated bag and I guess they didn't have it or just didn't care about my request. Never going by here again. Just seems to be something wrong everytime I buy and I never get my buzz and end up pissed that I wasted money on oregano.
