I have not been the greatest fan of H&M because I do find that the quality of their clothes is going down. But I love their jeans and this is my favorite location as they always have different styles and options to choose from. Plus, they have cotton jeans. I hate polyester, Lycra. The staff is also friendly.

The staff (Asian guy) very rude! I understand it was almost time to close the shop, he used a very rude tone & loud way and suddenly pop up to say they were JUST waiting for us to pay then close the cashier. There’s still customers in the shop and other staffs near us didn’t remind us about that too. That guy was very rude attitude as being a staff of sale service. If he wants to close the cashier or close the store… Why couldn’t just simply let customers know they need to close the store in a normal way?!?! Anyway! He could JUST go close his whatever cashier, bc he made us didn’t want to buy anymore! This staff is not suitable to work in the customers services.

The opening/closing hours are incorrect, they follow the mall hours. I don’t understand why whoever is in charge for their page on google maps insists on providing incorrect store hours. I have tried submitting edits that have been approved multiple times in the past, and yet it always gets corrected to incorrect hours by the business.

Bought 3 shirts for my husband. Didn’t fit so I bought back for exchange. Only found 2. Still have not received credit. I called the number on the receipt and they said I had to call store. In website has same number. Have 2 cracked ribs and can’t travel well. There is no number to the store and no refund

Today around 5 PM, I visited the store. A dress caught my attention, but unfortunately, my size wasn't available. There was only one available, but it was on the mannequin. I asked the lady, who was wearing a white shirt, if she could take it for me. She told me she couldn't do it because they're not allowed. I thought she was just being lazy, so I asked another sales assistant. The other sales assistant was about to help me until I saw her whisper to him. Later, she gave me another reason, saying it was reserved. To add to that, her customer service was the worst I've experienced, and the way she handled the situation was very rude.

Bought a pair of heels and at checkout they said the debit machine wasn’t working so we could only pay cash. Managed to pay cash and bought the shoes without any trouble. A guy wearing a lavender colored sweatshirt cashed me out.

The mall closes at 9 and my friends and I were browsing other shops till close and at Urban Planet, the scanners beeped when I went into the store. The folks working there figured out that it was my bag that set off the machines and I realized the security tag was still on my heels.

I rushed to HnM and the shutters were down. But I saw the same dude who cashed me out and explained the situation to him.

He said if the heels can pass through the slots of the shutters, he could remove it for me, else I’d have to come back tomorrow. This lad had zero remorse, absolutely not one word that was close to an apology nor any helpful suggestions. I had to ask him myself if other stores that weren’t shut down could help, and all he said was youre welcome to try.

I completely understand that once the shutters are down, you’re probably not in a position to do anything but at least remember that it’s your fault this happened in the first place.

He was being rude and unprofessional with his approach. I went back to Urban Planet (Forever 21) and asked them if they could help.

Not only did they welcome me in even after the shutters were halfway closed, they even helped remove the tag. Kudos to the team there.
