We stayed there this past weekend for a hockey tournament and had a horrible sleep each night due to the radiator being extremely loud. It pumped out heat until it reached the desired temperature then it felt like the A/C kicked in as it blew cold air. The unit was extremely loud and in need of maintenance. It wasn't just a consistent white noise sound. It kicked on and off and grumbled and clanged on top of the sound of the fan. I got up in the middle of the night and turned the unit to off and it still kicked in on and off all night. When I complained to the front desk the next morning (6:30 am) he asked why I didn't call for maintenance in the middle of the night. I said we were not wanting someone to come to our room in the middle of the night and my son was able to sleep through it. I asked to speak to a manager as we paid $180/night (which they claimed was a group rate) and I felt that we should be entitled to some sort of discount since we had such a horrible sleep both nights. He said there was no manager available and they did not have any business cards to hand out for me to contact them. The rooms are old/dated and in need of maintenance. If I had paid a reasonable amount per night I may not have been so upset but for $180/night you expect a minimum level of comfort. The rooms were clean though and the breakfast was good, but the hotel is very loud. We just stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn in Calgary two weeks prior for $130/night and it was way nicer. I tried to add videos but trip advisor only allows for photos.

Room is filthy, smells like sewage and has liquid drips all over the walls throughout the room. To add to the annoyance, i chose the hotel based on pool and hot tub (as advertised in the photos on the website and in the amenities list), I even went as far as to confirm it's operation while booking over the phone and was assured it was in fact so. The hot tub has been covered up by a "deck" and the pool is so cold I wouldn't dare use it in the winter months.

I’m sad that the hot tub is broken, the pool is semi warm but the pool room is too cold. However, the service from the front staff is amazing! We came here for my sister’s ent surgery and when we walked through the door, the front staff asked us if we needed anything and brought ice, water bottles and an amazing nice note for her.

Sanjay was the most wonderful staff at the hotel. Quite friendly and relatable. He did his best to accommodate our large group that weekend. Rooms and hotel were clean. Pool was great too. The only thinkni woukd suggest is to have hockey teams put together on main or bottom floor.
