If you’re looking for Honda products these guys will do everything they can to help out. The sales guy kept me informed and helped me locate a bike at another dealer and worked with Honda to have it shipped to me. The owner personally delivered the bike to me as I was 150km away.

Honda Town never lets me down. Busy place but still like a small town business in every way that matters. Cordial, friendly, professional, encouraging, reassuring, prompt, engaged and excellent service modeling. After years of no engagement on my part, I called the business owner who was not only accessible but also remembered me. Additionally, I needed servicing of my snow blower which I originally bought with the company so we chatted about it, today then he put me on to Stacey who went out of her way to review previous records at my request. Always willing to oblige. I'm truly pleased with both company and with product. I can't say enough good and I highly recommend them for purchase and for service. Once my blower is serviced, I'm sure I'll be making a repeat of the "only-positive" review. 🙂

called 9am asking about a 1332 a honda snowblower, in my driveway in town 3pm .Brute of a machine and a big shout out to Claude and the lady who did the paperwork over the phone. Nice to not have to get out of my chair and buy a blower. Great firsat experience with these guys. Thanks!

Terrible customer service. I called once a month for 6 months to schedule a service appointment. Each time i was advised somebody would get back to me to book it and nobody ever does. There was great service during initial sale when dealing with owner and promises of after care service options but that has not been my experience during my efforts to obtain service. Calls not returned, service not obtained. Very disappointing and frustrating experience!!
