This store has cute stuff, but has very little size availability. What’s worse is their hours. They seem sporadic and are frequently closed during regular business hours. The phone number listed does not connect and their email bounces back. I have a gift card, but can’t use it because they are never open, and judging by the reviews, I don’t like my chances for ordering from their online store.
I want my money back.

Amazing selection and wonderful staff!! The owner is excellent at styling and helping me find the perfect new outfit or addition to my closet. I always find something that I end up living in for the next 3 days (no joke). It's where style meets comfort and that's my jam.

This is such a beautiful boutique! Staff are friendly and helpful . I purchased one of my favourite dresses by Free People there . It’s an expensive brand but the price was reasonable when compared to The Bay or online. The quality of the items in the store make the shopping experience positive as you don’t need to sift to find something perfect and so pretty. Highly recommend.

Placed an online order on July 10th. My credit card was charged and I got an email confirming my order. I waited a week and my order still hadnt been shipped out so I emailed them multiple times asking about my order and did not get a reply. I tried calling them at the number that is listed all over their website and on google and the number is not in service. What business doesn't have a working phone #? I was wondering if this was a real store or not because it shouldn't be this hard to get in touch with someone. They are located in BC and I live in Ontario so I was not able to go to the store itself and sort this. I then tried to contact them through Facebook and Instagram and the owner got back to me on there (finally) saying they would look into it and get back to me. No one got back to me and I continued to email them and send messages on both IG and FB. I was able to ask someone who lives in Kelowna, BC, where this company is located, to go to the store and explain my situation to the staff. The staff told that person they would get the owner to call me the next day. No one called me. I then posted on a FB group asking for help from local Kelowna residents and I assume the owner saw this and I got an email saying my order was cancelled on Aug 2. Just over 3 weeks later from my order date which was July 10th. No reply or anything from the owner regarding any of this. Will never buy from here again! Awful experience with bad communication.

While I don’t live in Kelowna, visiting Honest Boutique is always on my must-do list when visiting! Gorgeous selection of clothing & the friendliest (and most helpful!) staff! I’ve been a happy customer since the first location opened up 🙂 can’t wait to visit again in the summer!

One of the best boutiques I’ve been to in Kelowna!
The items they select are all quality pieces, and are not something you see in every store you go to. Every time I’ve gone in, I’ve gotten exceptional customer service. I definitely recommend visiting, there’s something in there for almost every occasion.

We took a trip to Kelowna and made a stop at Honest Boutique and I am so glad we did! The clothes here are super cute and the girl working there was really friendly. I came in looking for a day dress because I had under-packed for our trip and I ended up finding a dress I liked right away! I was really impressed with their selection and I would definitely stop by again the next time we are in Kelowna 🙂
