Such a beautiful positive experience shopping here today, Maya and Sonia helped me decide on accessories I needed for my trip. They always have something I don’t need but want … LOOOOL.. They carry beautiful merchandise that you can never get in a regular store it’s a boutique on it’s own. I will be back

This location has a decent selection and always has good deals during their sales season. Their customer service can be better. I always feel rushed when shopping here. It makes me feel either I need to make decision within a short period of time or if I try their clothes then I need to buy them. Although I always end up buying a piece or two when walking out but overall I always leave with a mixed feeling.
If you expect their customer service to match their price, you won’t get it here. And they do judge customers based on your outfit.

I’m writing to share my incredibly disappointing experience with your store, which has left me frustrated and without a dress for my sister’s engagement party.

I purchased a dress two months in advance specifically to avoid last-minute stress. After not receiving any updates, I visited the store two weeks later, only to be told that the dress was lost in transit. The associate promised to call me when it was located.

I followed up again today, and after speaking with the manager, I was informed that the dress was found. However, when I asked for it to be put on hold, the manager (Shanyah) rudely refused, stating that they had to sell it to someone else. She did not apologize or show any understanding of my frustration and even refused to connect me with someone higher up to address my concerns.

I commuted all the way from downtown to Vaughan Mills to get this specific dress, and now I am left scrambling to find another outfit. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, and I’m deeply disappointed by how poorly this situation was handled.

I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to your processes and customer service training to prevent this from happening to others.

I didn’t have a good experience at Honey. The salesgirls were too pushy. I tried on a top that was clearly too big for me, and it came with a built-in bra. I told the salesgirl it was big, and she could see it didn’t fit, but she kept saying, “It looks amazing!” Then she told me to wear a push-up bra to make it work. It felt like they just wanted me to buy something instead of helping me find something that actually fit me and made me happy with my purchase.

Honey is one of my favorite stores to shop. But last week I came here to buy a dress. I was in a rush. I just came from the Hair Salon, I was not dressed up. I was in sweatsuit, and a hair tie. So I got the dress And the dress was almost $200. But because of the way I looked, the girl was quick to judge me to said the dress is final sale. Thinking that I'm going to wear the dress and bring it back. I went to Yokdale mall the same dress was there and it was not final sale. I'm never coming back here. Just from the experience I had at this store.

Came in today looking for a dress to wear at my wedding reception. Was immediately greeted by Shania who was so friendly and literally pulled every white dress in the store for me. She was so helpful and accommodating. I picked my dress in less than 30 minutes. Thank you so much honey and Shania for the great experience!

just bought the most beautiful dress for my trip to Rome and the employee named Rithika helped me so much. probably the best service i’ve gotten at the mall. She helped me put on my dress and brought me options. Amazing employee!!
